His quote was exactly what the end price was after reviewing the job, a much better price from another company that did a bait and switch. The other companies' plumber quoted me 430.00 which I approved on his phone app. The company later emails me an updated quote for 1430.00. I cancelled the service and contacted Endurance. Francisco was able to do the job as quoted.

Beware! Freschi Air Service Experts operates more like a sales company than an HVAC service…read moreprovider. We initially signed up for their membership program for regular maintenance, but our experience has been extremely disappointing. Rather than service our system, their main concern is sending a Home Health Report stating you need to buy a brand new system. During a recent service call, they sent Hugo Coyac, who was both unprofessional and dismissive. Our HVAC system was fully functional before his visit, yet it stopped working immediately after. Instead of resolving the issue, we were told our "only option" was to purchase a new system due to age. This left us without AC for four days during 100-degree weather. A local independent technician later restored our unit in less than an hour by simply replacing dirty coils and replenishing 2lbs of Freon--basic services Freschi failed to provide us over this past year. This made it clear their priority is selling expensive replacements, NOT solving problems. Freschi Air Service pressures homeowners, disregards customer concerns, and sends salespeople rather than qualified technicians. I urge homeowners to seek out smaller, owner-operated companies that focus on honest service and customer education. We will never use Freschi again. They should take Experts out of their name and replace it with Salespeople. Do not recommend; do not waste your time.

The first such project was to do some work on the interior of our older, under-the-sink kitchen cabinet. Handydads stood out to me, not only because they are local (and I want to support Brentwood businesses as much as a I can,) but also because of stellar reviews of their responsiveness and workmanship, They aren't turning down smaller jobs that other contractors do, which makes great business sense! Because they did such a great job on my smaller project, I'd definitely consider them for larger ones should they come up as well as smaller "handy man" type jobs. The estimate process lasted less than a week which included some requested revisions. Customer service was stellar during that process and I was lucky to snag an opening for the job within a week of my first contact with them. Randy, who came to do the work, showed up exactly on time, kept the work area clean and was done within the quoted times slot. I'd definitely use them again and appreciate all their attention to details, even if it's a smaller job!
