Brisbane: What is wrong with you? How has Pamela's not been reviewed yet? Well, thankfully I'm here to tell you that Pamela's might be the sister of Jocelyn's Provision for those inner-West residents wanting good old fashioned home made food, but made for them. I used to work on Caxton Street and regular office Pamela-runs were made. I still dream about the poached chicken, apple, grape, parsely salad I had here. Her lovingly made cakes and tarts are sure to impress the socks off any dinner party guests. And don't you think you'll walk out of there with just a salad. Oh no, you'll do well not to give in to the temptation of a mouth-watering pastry or brownie. Go on, just try and not fall victim to those tasty morsels. I dare you. Great little delicatessen. The salads are my favourite. A touch pricey but oh so tasty!!

This past weekend I used Pamela's for the first time to cater an event in my home. The whole process was very easy and efficient..the staff on the phone were lovely and everything was delivered via the wait staff (organized by Pamela's) without a hitch. The food itself was excellent and there was so much to go around, everyone was very full! Loved the simple yet broad selections - something for everyone and they were happy to switch things out if need be. The icing on the cake was the absolutely brilliant wait staff they organised - I could not speak highly enough of the wonderful husband and wife team who took care of our event - they were warm, friendly and very professional. (Plus they fixed our leaking tap!!). Thanks for everything Pamela's - we won't go anywhere else for catering from now on. x read more
