She took the time to walk through the entire program with me, asked thoughtful questions, listened to what we were trying to accomplish, and offered creative suggestions on the menu that elevated the guest experience. That's what true customer service looks like. Someone who listens first and then brings ideas to the table. On the day of the event, the entire team exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time, handled the setup professionally, and created one of the most beautiful catering displays I've seen. The food presentation was exceptional, featuring elegant tiered displays, fresh floral accents, and tasteful lighting that made the entire spread look upscale and incredibly inviting. Every detail was intentional, and guests couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful everything looked. The service staff was equally impressive. We had passed hors d'oeuvres throughout the evening, and the team did an outstanding job reading the room.
