A Child's Place has been magical for our 3 children. When we extensively researched preschools our…read morepriorities were the safety of our child, creativity & commitment of faculty & staff and school resources. Every day my son's teachers report to the parents & I'm astounded by what they are teaching and how creatively they do it. The building is secure and both the classrooms & play spaces are far superior to other schools in the area. My older kids were well prepared for Westport kindergarten and we've all made lasting friendships. The faculty and director have always been attentive to each of my children's individual needs. I remember back to the day I took the tour and submitted my application the same day, fingers crossed my child would get a spot. How happy I am all these years later and will be sad when our preschool days are over. It's been a really positive experience.

I woke up the morning of my exam with a fever and a stomach flu. I did not want to interrupt other test takers with my illness, but was also unable to reschedule due to being so close to my exam time. I called and asked about what I should do, to make myself as little a nuisance as possible, to limit my public embarrassment, and ask if the exam could somehow be paused if I was going to be stuck in the bathroom multiple times for long periods, or even need to change clothes. Their staff were extremely professional about this, and took my issue seriously. Their manager A and staff member F, without me even asking about this, were able to get in contact with the organization I was taking the exam with and petitioned them on my behalf to allow me to reschedule. They are amazing

Mathnasium really is as good as it gets! Friendly atmosphere, consistent results and a method that…read morereally works! I have worked at this center for two years (would have been longer but I had to move) and I can definitely say that I am impressed with the program. I truly believe in the program. It is personalized and flexible. I had seen students who HATED math begin to understand it, tolerate it, and even LOVE it. The program is flexible enough to accommodate students with learning and developmental disabilities. The main feature about this Mathnasium (and in Darien) that trumps all others is the amazing staff! David is the best employer I've ever had and probably ever will have. His manner of dealing with people is a rare find in today's cut-throat world. Barbara, Elizabeth and Evan were all amazing instructors and co-workers and truly made the center feel like a home away from home for the kids. I would say the biggest complaint we got from the students was that they didn't want to leave! I truly miss Mathnasium of Fairfield, the parents, the students, the atmosphere, everything! I can guarantee you, having seen it hundreds of times, if you bring your child here, they will become more confident, they will improve their math skill and you will find the best value for your money you can find.
