She didn't greet us; she just told him to come on back. She didn't ask how we wanted his hair cut or styled, so I followed her back to tell her. She wasn't very responsive; rather she was very rushed and distracted and not friendly. When my son came out, his haircut was terribly uneven and not shaped well at all. We had been told that kids pay their age, but I left $18 poorer. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I probably won't return.

Along with that, while waiting to get my hair done the stylist had a phone call in which she answered. Assuming it was with the manager who was calling to ask about a previous client of this stylist who hated her hair.
