Paid $15.99 for the Worst car wash I've Ever had!!! Don't waste your money here! My car had road dust on it going in. The windshield and back window were mopped on the way into the carwash. Coming out, my car was still completely wet a d there was Soap still on the car in places as well as much dust and dirt. The wheels apparently received no cleaning and had a layer of dust on all tires & rims. I spent a good 20 + mins wiping my car clean and dry afterwards. Do NOT use this place!!! read more

Do NOT go here!!! Paid $12 for a wash and my car was not clean. Ran it through again. FINALLY washed the front AND back. Got stuck at the end. And there is still soap on my car. And the vehicle behind me almost hit us cause I got stuck and because the guy pulled him in too close behind us. read more

We love Pals. We get our oil changed there and in return we get a free wash. They are always so kind. Seriously they get an A+ on customer service. The price is fantastic as well. They have a drive thru $6 wash and areas where you can vacuum and wipe down the inside yourself. They also have full service. They do such a good job it almost seems like it's been detailed. They have a really nice waiting room with coffee and water. Wonderfully comfy area. In the summer they have a waiting deck that is shaded and fantastic too. You can't miss them in the almost neon orange shirts :) keep up the good work. See you in 3,000 miles. read more

My wife and I took her 2018 F150 super crew through the carwash December 20, we were reassured it would be fine, considering her truck has a 6 inch lift, one of the rags on the roller grabbed one of her wiper blades, pulling the wiper all the way back, resulting in us having to replace the motor, costing $400 out of pocket, and we were told the only thing they could do was g9ve us $150 in free hand washes. Needless to say we were not impressed, and the response we received was very flippant, and dismissive. We will NOT recommend anyone take their vehicle through there. read more

You call this a full service?? For less than 10 bucks I could've wiped and vacuumed myself is a fraction of the time. Showed up at 8:15am set in line with one car ahead of me 15 minutes. Then paid 23 bucks to park and watch my car dry in the sun another 30 minutes. Before the they start rubbing on it ?? WTH It's stated on the menu towel dry ?? Makes me really happy watching them rub their damp towels on a black car after it's dried out in the sun ?? Used to be a nice place put their prices have skyrocketed and the customer service sunk like the Titanic !! read more

Go someplace else. Seriously, I've given this car wash 3 attempts and in each instance I've been sorely disappointed. My wheels weren't cleaned, my mirrors were still dirty, and car still had soap on it. Not good... They are creative, however. They have a small team of people who will 'wipe down' your car after the wash if you wish. Of course, there's an additional tip that comes with this service. This 'service' basically allows the employees to wipe off the dirt left behind by the wash. They aren't using water but instead wet towels that scratch your car. There's a car wash in East Ridge only a few miles away that much better. Save your money and the finish on your car and don't go to Pal's. read more

I took my suburban through the car wash again today after having it serviced every 3 months as I do. Near the end of the was, a car wash pad hung on my windshield wiper and it was blown off in the bay. Worker retrieved it, said see manager if you cannot put it back on. After working with it I saw Korey one of Mgrs. He said that his only happens when you turn your wipers on in the wash. I didn't turn my wipers on in the wash. After having my integrity questioned 3 times with repeated accusations over a windshield wiper he conferred with Frankie the other Mgr. Per Korey, Frankie examined the pads and found no evidence and they concluded this only happens when the wipers are on Auto or turned on in the wash or a faulty windshield wiper. Again I did not turn on my wipers. The principle here gentlemen is not the getting out of compensating for the wiper. Who ever the owner of this establishment is needs to explain some customers believe in integrity and don't take lightly being accused of lying. Don't accuse people when you were not there. Korey said this can never happen because it's soft touch, well I'm the first then. Had vehicle and business vehicles serviced here for years, Not any more, I will gladly take my business elsewhere and I caution others who choose to do business with PALS of their unethical practices. read more

Did an excellent job on my Explorer this morning and super quick. It looks BETTER than the day I bought it. They even found a GROSS soured bottle of milk expertly hidden by my 9 yr old I don't understand the negative reviews. I went to the Pals in Fort Oglethorpe a couple weeks ago, had to wait an hour and the attendant that took my money said the owner would only allow 3 people to work cleaning the cars that day. They did a horrible job. Something sticky was on my window and I asked what it was. The guy that cleaned my car said he didn't know but he couldn't get it off. When I got home I got windex and it came right off. I went back today to get my car cleaned up because I just got back from the beach. I asked the attendant which service I should get to have all floor mats cleaned and entire car vacuumed and he said the highest priced one. I paid it and waited Over an hour and they did a horrible job again! My front floor mats were on the wrong side and affected my brake and gas pedals until I stopped and switched them. The middle seats were not slid back into place and were sliding up and back until I stopped to fix them. My rear mat was sideways in the car and it was obvious that the interior was only partially wiped down. The attendant who helped clean my car was yelling at Others and lagging around instead of working. It was obvious the supervisor was having trouble with him. I will not be going back! read more

I gave it one star because it wasn't an option! I know I only purchased the deluxe wash which was almost $19 then an $8 tip I had to go home and vacuum the inside which was half done! I called to them them and they totally ignored my message! Did not have the time to go back today to show them! I stress not to go there and pay them to clean it just do it yourself!! read more

The guy that was here a few months ago was horrible. My 2 washes were both TERRIBLE! I was paying 16.99 per wash and he told me it was for the tunnel wash only,which is untrue. 16.99 was supposed to get my car washed, hand dried, vacuumed, wiped down on the interior, also tires and rims cleaned . I decided to come back today and complain about the poor wash, there was a new guy here. I told him about everything and he informed me the old manager was gone and that I was supposed to be a full detail for 16.99. He gave me all the perks for 6 bucks to make up for the lost money I spent previously ! Needless to say The new management staff and employees are fantastic and the wash is very detailed and clean. Car wash system does not clean very well and the sales guy told me it was time for another wax after I told him I had it detailed and waxed a month ago. Nonsense. I typically hand wash my own but gave Pals a shot since it was so cold out today. The windows required additional cleaning and the fender wells looked the same as before the wash. This review is NOT for the car wash. It is for Pal's Castrol Maintenance Facility. I went there for a quick oil change on my VW Atlas. I have been there several times in the past with other vehicles and been well satisfied. However on this occasion the extra charge of $5 for loosening 2 extra bolts was enough to bring the total to $98.29. Pretty steep but then when I later looked at my tires and on checking pressures could see one tire was 29psi and the other three tires were 36psi as required. In addition no free car wash and they had not topped up the windshield washer fluid. So I began wondering why Pal's call themselves A Maintenance Facility? My last visit there for sure. read more

Paid for inside and out. Pulled up to the inside cleaning part and told the gym to please discard all empty water bottles but please don't throw away the 4 new ones in the front seat. He told me that I needed to throw away my own trash that they don't do that. I spoke to a manager right then. While my car was being cleaned, I watched. When they came and got me, ALL trash (including the empty bottles) was piled in my back seat. I called over the manager, and he stated that he was starting a new rule that they don't throw away anything in people's car including trash. This was a lie because I just sat and watched the guys throw away water and coke bottles, receipts, to go napkins and other things. read more

I had 4 spots that soap was still on my car and there were only a couple of vacuums working and of those the one I found didn't have enough suction to pick up dirt. This business BROKE the handle on my van's sliding door due to TOTAL incompetence of a detailing crew member who couldn't or wouldn't take the time to see WHY the door wouldn't open. When the damage was shown to me I was informed by the so called "manager" duty that what did I expect- it was an old (2005) van and I shouldn't be upset. Pal's has gone down hill. I've been going since the day it opened when Ryan Burwell was running it. The equipment is outdated, furniture and fixtures delapidated, and customer service is non-existent. Be prepared to go home and finish washing your car if you do go. You will not be able to get the mildewed towel smell out of your interior either. read more

I own two vehicles and have been going to Pal's for several years to have both the truck and the car cleaned. They have always done a pretty good job. Recently, we moved about 16 miles from the car wash but because of the service, I made the trip. Recently, I drove my truck over on a Saturday morning and found the placed closed due to some mechanical or computer problems. There were two individuals on site who apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a coupon for $5 off my next oil change. I told them I didn't drive 16 miles for an oil change....how about $5 off a wash to which I was told they were not authorized. The following week I went back for the wash. I've always been given two air fresheners for the truck due to its size. The fellow who was working the booth said he could only give me one. After telling him of the previous week's experience, there was still no offer of an additional freshener. So I won't go back. The old saying is "1 aw s$&^ offsets 1000 attaboys". Having worked in customer service most of my life, somebody needs a lesson. read more
