I saw all the 5* reviews here, as well as the fact that All Pro was nearby, so I called to get a quote and appointment. Due to their being busy, and with the difficulty of getting parts, due to COVID shipping issues, he couldn't get to me for a couple weeks. Once I dropped off my car, he had it ready in a week, and it's driven just fine ever since. At one point he called to tell me I also had a broken motor mount, and some other minor issue, but fortunately, the total, including the extra items, still came in at what he had estimated the cost initially, which was a big relief. Chris & his employees were always very courteous, helpful, and made me feel like I was dealing with friends. I highly recommend All Pro to anyone in need of transmission repair.

A resounding THANK YOU to Keith and his amazing staff at X-pert Auto Care!…read more After the dealership quoted me a ridiculously high price for something as simple as topping off the fluids in my Kia K5, I called X-pert Auto Care for a second opinion. I'm so glad I did! Keith immediately let me know that the dealership's prices were extremely inflated and told me that if I could get there by closing, he would take care of it. And take care of it he did! When I asked how much I owed him, I was completely surprised when he said, "No charge." As many Audi owners know, oil leaks are almost a rite of passage--and my car was no exception. I kept quarts of oil in the trunk because the oil light seemed to live on. About a month ago, the car went into limp mode and barely made it home. I took it to a recommended shop, and while I appreciated the effort and honesty, I was told the car might not be worth a major investment. At 79, with no car note and no desire for one, I chose a different path. I had the car transferred to The Bug Shop, where David, the owner, confirmed the hard news--the engine was gone. Not what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to hear. I followed his recommendation for sourcing a reputable engine, purchased it, and had it shipped directly to the shop. Yesterday, I drove a car that feels tighter and runs better than it ever has. It drove so beautifully I felt like I could head straight across the country to the West Coast! I don't write reviews often, but I wrote this one before I even had my morning coffee. I am forever grateful to David and the entire team at The Bug Shop. R. Eaton
