Especially because it wasn't one of the top five hits that were listed. None of these specialists were local, so then I noticed that Mr. Cunningham was from the Los Angeles area and so I opened his Yelp page and started reading some of the reviews. All of them were positive so I decided to give him a call. He promptly returned my call and I explained my predicament of having bought a fountain soda dispenser online and after spending a couple of days installing it and failing to make it work, I had given up. We had an event in the coming days so it was extremely important for our business to have the soda dispenser in operational condition. My fear in calling someone to do this was that no one would want to work on an equipment that someone else had messed around with. To my astonishment, Mr. Cunningham just started asking me to describe the problem and then offered hints of what I could do to make the equipment work. My fear of being chastised for working on something I couldn't complete didn't materialize. As Mr. Cunningham's company was in the middle of a couple of jobs, he couldn't make it to my place of business that day or the next, but we continued to communicate via text and email so I'd be able to send photos of the equipment. He'd then have an idea what kind of replacement parts might be needed and the places to get them in the vicinity of my business. On the day prior to his visit, I mentioned that I was going to try one more thing that I thought would work, but Mr. Cunningham said that wouldn't work because the description of the issue pointed to something else. So on the day of his visit I tried that something else and it worked. I had already given up but thanks to Mr. Cunningham's pointers, I was able to persevere and solve the problem. Unfortunately he lost my business but he gained someone who won't hesitate to hire his services next time the need arises. You want an honest person who won't make up stuff just to make a buck? You know where to find him!

Brian, responded and was very tenacious. He made sure that she would be in working condition again and would not kick her to the curb, just because she was an oldie. He even took our machine to his shop to give him the time needed to figure out what the problem was. Now, at a reasonable cost to us and saving us from buying a new machine at over $2500. . . we found our hero, Brian. I cannot recommend this Owner operator repairman enough. Be smart, do not call a company that sends out an employee and charges you $300 right off the bat, and insists you buy a new one. Call this 5* honest young man to take care of you. Believe me I have no regrets. I will call Brian for all my refrigeration needs. . . finally, after 16 years, a reputable repairman.

Their employee came out took a look at the forklift and gave me a quote of over $1500. I said to my self this can't be right; that is half of what we paid for the forklift. I ended up using a different company which ended up charging me around $450 for the same work 1Source said needed to be done. A few weeks later I get a bill of $225 in the mail. I called the company and asked why I had received a bill and they said it was for the transportation charge. I said "what transportation charge." The lady said that it is a bill for the distance and time traveled to come to my company. I said wait so if he drove 100 miles to come to my store and give me a estimate you will charge me for the distance/time he took to come. She replied Yes. So what I have is a free estimate and a bill for distance traveled to job site for a quote. This is ridicules. How does this company stay in business you might ask, Its because they travel to a job site and bill customers for distance traveled. It would have been cheaper for me to get him a limo and bring him down then him driving. Now I know times are tough but ripping people off to make money is just wrong. I encourage you to look else where for any repair needs you may have for your forklift.
