They have cultivated an atmosphere of relaxation 2) the front desk is welcoming, friendly, and polite 3) the masseur, Nicole, was wonderful. She knew exactly when to go deeper and when to stay more shallow. I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage and it was wonderful! Nicole was great all around but excelled further with an 11/10 on legs, feet, and arms. Strongly recommend her for a massage anytime 4) pricing is good Negative: 1) they ran behind schedule by 11 minutes however that didn't take away any time from my 60 minute massage. If this is the only problem, this place overtly deserves its five star rating.

I explained I knew I had to pay cash and could they just bill my insurance-they said no. Then I was told I had to provide them with all my insurance info but wouldn't confirm that they had it, which I would have gladly provided again. So I guess these people are allergic to money since I knew I had to pay cash. And the guy who answered the phone....RUDE and UNHELPFUL.

I tried to deal with it as long as I could three years plus stopped in as a new patient on a Monday left in such amazement that I couldn't believe number one she's very thorough, the first visit is very informative. I have been going back for the past week and a half and I feel like my old self I cannot think Dr. Micheal's enough. I will continue seeing her. I gave her five solid stars.

I am updating my review after getting care from this place four times. Their office staff…read moredefinitely needs to learn some manners on my second visit. I paid for three visits in a row and on my last visit they're arguing with me telling me I only paid them $50 when the girl who rang me up was sitting right there. I told them several times I've already paid you guys and I'm not paying you again again they continue to argue with me. The lady goes back gets the receipt from the day. I was there and sure enough she pulls my receipt $150.. Now for the care. I come from Colorado and they're the chiropractors really take care of their patients in terms of doing what's needed to give them relief. Here they're very limited. I have a herniated disc L5 S1 so I need a flexion distention table and a chiropractor willing to get in there and do manual manipulation. Number one this place doesn't have that table number two. They don't do manual manipulation like that. They only do the cracking adjustments so if you were looking for quality care above and beyond, just the cracking adjustments, don't come here they will nickel and dime you have to pay extra for a traction table, acupuncture, and massage. And not 10 or $15 like $50-$70. So if you're looking for a place that puts patience care and quality of care above the dollar bill don't come here. I do have to say that Leah Moss the chiropractor there is so sweet and so nice and I feel like she really tries and she wants to help but that facility really just doesn't give her the tools to go above and beyond for her patients. Because of the lack of tools in willingness to go above and beyond for their patients, I will not be coming back here. But I do want make a point if Leah was working at another facility that did give her those tools where she can truly care for her patients and give them the quality service. They deserve, I would absolutely go see her.

If anything, some of them made my pain a lot worse. They charge you for a plan that's not even fitted to your needs, then they pump you in and out and take your money (we all know that story). Very few chiropractors care and are willing to take the time with you to properly assess your individual situation and work WITH you to create a plan of action that has positive results. Dr. Bretz has been patient with me, working with me to establish the correct protocol for my condition and for the first time in years, I've had some very exciting pain free days after only 4 visits! I sought care from this practice after clearly disclosing several limiting disabilities and…read morecommunication needs. Dr. Kendra Durham stated during my initial visit that she had experience treating my condition and that she had successfully treated other patients with similar issues. Based on those assurances, I proceeded with care. Over time, it became clear that my condition was not well understood. Treatment recommendations were repeatedly inappropriate for my limitations, and weeks into care Dr. Durham acknowledged that she would need to research how to treat my condition. Reasonable accommodations required under the ADA were not consistently provided, despite repeated disclosure and requests, and concerns about communication and safety were minimized rather than addressed. I later submitted a formal written complaint outlining these issues and never received a response from the practice. I do want to note that the front desk staff were consistently kind and professional. Unfortunately, my overall experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope this feedback leads to improved ADA compliance and patient care.
