This goofy have a personal vendetta against for no reason whatsoever. Kaitlyn has to be the biggest joke they have as an HR in that place, she is a liar. She fired me for "sleeping" clearly never happened, I have proof that people sleep there they literally make bed out of chairs to sleep. This goofy lies that a family member told her that I was sleeping, mama you're the HR no family going to to complain, they go to the units manager and or the DON not your goofy self. How dumb can you be. Now if you have a family member there get them out of that place they have scabies outbreak that they are hiding from the workers and the families. They lie and said it was ringworm which is a fat like, I have scabie working there and I was told if I go to the doctor not to say I got it from work. LOL. They got cockroaches all over the place big ones too. Patients gets two showers out of the week and no sponges bath on the days they don't have showers. Anyway I'm glad that goofy fired me because that I works with a company that cleans and have better management.

In March I had to be transported to the ER. My body lost almost all the fluids that is needed to keep one alive. I was seizing. They had the and lights going speeding to the Hospital. I was scared, especially when they took me into a room as soon as I got there. That was my 2nd Emergency, at least major one. I April I had another emergency yet my daughter insisted we ho to Banner E. Their nursing staff spoke ill of me right outside my room. I was like WOW I can you! I complained and I coukd the conversation between the charge nurse and the nurse. He said I asked to many questions and was bothering him. Yes, I had a lot of questions and I had to use the restroom a lot. I have epilepsy. No apologies nothing. I was then transfered to another floor. Originally I was on the 4th floor and they sent me to the 2nd floor. They do not do such as I stayed there 2x prior. The solution was to remove the patient so the nurse could go back to playing around with the CNA and other nurses or on the phone with his wife! Abrazo West is my choice...they are so professional. Thank you Abrazo West.

January 2021 All…read moreValley Home Care 5 star rating, Home Care We were researching Home Care and Skilled Nursing facilities for a family member requiring long term 24/7 care and discovered All Valley Home Care. We decided All Valley was the best possible alternative for our loved one. Owned and operated by husband and wife care giving team Doru and Gigi Gheaburcu - are skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, personable caregivers providing residents with a beautiful, spotless, personalized and socialized homecare setting. Ranging from simple assisted living to the highest level of care required and medication management Doru and Gigi, along with the house Skilled Nurse Marilyn Durbin, are kind, attentive and work hard to specifically tailor, monitor and adjust to the needs of the resident. Doru and Gigi serve three hot, delicious and varied home cooked meals plus healthful snacks every day. We can tell you the residents appreciate the home cooking - especially if they've come from an institutional setting like a hospital, rehab or skilled nursing facility. We especially appreciate the caregiver to resident ratio - 1:5 at All Valley vs. what we found at most skilled nursing/caregiving alternatives at 1:18, 1:19 or higher ratio. We found this to be is especially important for residents requiring attention/assistance for everyday activities - feeding, sitting, standing, dressing, bathing, etc. In support of the caregivers are on-call doctors, therapists, physical/occupational therapy, social workers, a chaplain - really any service you could think of. We found All Valley to offer the perfect combination of care and service for our family member. We would easily recommend All Valley Home Care to family and friends in need of assisted living/any level of home care/hospice care for a loved one. Best Regards, Jim & Claire V Litchfield Park, AZ

After my father's fall and hip surgery, he was sent here…read more Pros: The facility itself is nice, clean and well maintained. The front office staff are friendly. There is a nice courtyard. They have an impressive gym for those doing physical therapy. We REALLY loved Virginia, Gilbert, Kovita, and Troy. All were so patient and caring. My dad was doing physical therapy for about 2 weeks and I did see a lot of improvement in his upper mobility. Cons: Cant' really pin-point what I disliked about this place but I did feel like the administrative staff wasn't as pleasant. Make sure you are checking on your loved one and that people are doing what they are suppose to be doing. On two occasions when my dad needed help to use the restroom, a person came and said they would return since they needed secondary help. They never came back. My mother informed me of the issue and I texted an administrator. My mother stated that after that people seemed more aware and friendlier. Deann is somewhat friendly but not a good listener. My dad was instructed to cross his legs when being in the wheelchair and he's telling her to please wait for him to cross them and she just continued pushing the wheelchair.... she was too in a hurry. It was genuinely frustrating to watch, as if she was simply ignoring him. For those that get upset about the discharge process, I can't blame you although discharges have nothing to do with the facility itself. That is entirely insurance. Sadly, I feel like there should still be a better and more empathetic way to guide people on what their options are. Thankfully, we had a Plan B for my dad and he was able to return to the facility he was at prior. I just feel like the bedside manner for some employees there is lackluster.

I am beyond disappointed and honestly disturbed by the level of care at this facility. What I…read morewitnessed here goes far beyond the occasional oversight, it reflects a systemic neglect of basic human dignity and well-being. Our loved ones are not treated with the respect or attention they deserve. Simple needs such as assistance with hygiene, timely meals, or even just being checked on, are often ignored or delayed to an unacceptable degree. It's heartbreaking to see vulnerable individuals left waiting, confused, or uncomfortable while staff appear either overwhelmed, indifferent, or completely disengaged. What makes this even worse is the apparent failure of management. There is a clear lack of accountability and organization. Concerns brought forward are brushed aside or met with empty assurances, and no meaningful changes ever seem to follow. It feels like leadership is either unaware of what's happening on the floor or simply unwilling to address it. An elderly care facility should be a place of safety, compassion, and support. Instead, this environment feels cold, chaotic, and, at times, neglectful to the point of being dangerous. Families trust places like this with the care of their loved ones, and that trust is being deeply violated here. I would strongly urge anyone considering this facility to think twice and thoroughly explore other options. No one deserves to spend their final years in a place where their basic needs, and humanity, are treated as an afterthought.

However on 3/31 at 928am i got a text asking me to confirm my 4/2 9am appointment. Once I got that text I realized I was triple booked that day, I called as soon as I got the text at 9:28 and Jocelyn answered the phone, she then "reminded me" that I must call 48 hours in advanced in order to not be charged a fee.... she's soooo worried about 28 minutes? That's ridiculous in my opinion. I could understand if I called 24 hours before hand and your policy is 48 hours but it makes me question if yall are really hurting that bad you need to worry about a less than 30 minute difference which makes me question if this is where I should really go. She also had a hard time staying within the perimeters I have for scheduling. I drive myself but I also have several other appointments during the week totally anywhere from 4-9 a week. So scheduling can be a little difficult but I gave her between 9 & 1 and for some reason I was still being offered options outside of that. And it's not like I said this several phone calls prior, I say it in every phone call where I set up appointments because I don't expect them to remember between calls but I don't think it's unreasonable to hope they would remember when it was said during this call. I know jen was out sick that day and that Jocelyn was doing her best to cover but jen is the best receptionist I've seen there so far in my roughly 2 years with yall. From what I can tell, an outside perspective she really goes above and beyond not just for the company but for the client too I really appreciate how things have turned around since she has showed up! Alyssa is amazing as well I've never had issues with her or dr. Andrew. I hope less than 30 minutes really doesn't make a difference and Jocelyn didn't charge me that visit, I just find it very odd that I'm almost being scolded over less than 30 minutes especially when I called as soon as I received the text from yall.
