I am not going to make this a long review, because there is so much to tell. We were dropped off at the entrance from the church parking lot. You walk through and see all of the animals and birds. I saw a beautiful family of Lemurs-all together. I was able to feed a grape to a lemur. Then on to the bar for a glass of Pino Grecio. Then went inside to see the people setting up for dinner. Then on to see and hear the band play. They had a lot of very helpful security guards. In our group was about 95-100 people. I am so glad to have experienced this wonderful place. They might be looking for volunteers. One of my friends, said she has signed up-since she is retired now and has the time. Pros-highly organized. Fire towers to keep us warm. The animals and birds. Garage where old cars are on display. Friendly staff. Cons:small bathroom stalls and locks on door do not work. This is not open to the public. Planned events only. Recommend? Yes!

I did not experience the registration process, another member of our friend group did that part. Getting suited up and ready to go was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful. They have their rules of play, but it's still very chill. Very family friendly. We had such a good time! They have the space to get cleaned up afterward if you get really messy like we did. They take pictures for you, I didn't take any of these pictures and none of our friend group did. They do everything for you. So easy, so fun, very stress free. Loved it! They have a lot of other craft options, so I would love to go back and try something new. Do check them out! They have a lot to offer aside from splatter paint (if getting messy isn't your thing). However, I am taking one star off because the last time she visited (just for a pop in craft, not a party) she came home very distraught that whoever was helping her insisted on drawing her jellyfish a certain way that my daughter did not like - she wouldn't just let her do it herself and my daughter was not happy with the end result. They also made her put her name on the front which my daughter was super upset about as well. Not the end of the world, but if I'm paying for my child to be creative, I think they should not be forced to do it any way other than how they envision it.

    We had a great time doing the free TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse tour, which I wouldn't have known about…read morehad it not been for Yelp (so paying it forward for others with this review). Take a look online to see the hours they are offered, but you get a tour with a knowledgeable "storyteller" who makes you feel welcome, addresses any questions you may have, and shows you the ropes of the Clubhouse and part of the course. Our tour ended up being a private one since it was just us, which we loved. Bonus was we went during the holidays, so there were beautiful holiday decorations up as well. You can take photos and after the tour eat at the restaurant or shop in the pro shop. All in all, it was a lovely way to spend some time at a beautiful and golf famous spot in the area. We certainly would return for the tour!

The clubhouse at TPC Sawgrass is an example of one of the best clubhouses in the world. It's absolutely beautiful, inside and out, and it serves as a sort of mini museum for the golf course and The Players Championship. Compared to most other clubhouses, it's palatial and a step above. Why shouldn't it be? TPC Sawgrass is home to the PGA Tour and its flagship event. It's only fitting the Tour and the The Players have such a majestic home. Technically, the Tour's headquarters ("PGA Tour Global Home") are located on a different part of the property, southeast of the clubhouse and courses. It's not far from the 16th green and 17th tee of The Players Stadium Course at 1 PGA Tour Blvd. There's lots to love about the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse. First, it's open to the public, 7am-9pm daily. Second, they have volunteer "Storytellers" who give free tours. The tours not only cover the clubhouse, but the grounds outside and the Stadium Course too. Yep, they'll take you out onto the course in a cart as part of the tour (at least, that's how it was for us). So, anyone can drive onto the property, park, and get a guided tour at no cost. How cool is that? Tours start in the Grand Foyer (main lobby) which is the room just inside the main entrance. According to a sign between the Grand Foyer and the Golf Shop, tours begin on the hour, 9am-4pm daily. For us, our tour start and end times were flexible, maybe because it was a slow day. Our Storyteller was Robb Mitchell. It didn't take long after meeting Robb that we, coincidentally, graduated from the same school: Georgia Tech. He's at least one generation ahead of me. There were four in our tour group, my wife and two of our friends. My wife and another in our group went to Emory. Robb joked that he had dated some Emory girls in his time. As a proud Tech alumnus, I have to point out that, according to Robb, the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse was designed by two Georgia Tech architects. I have some architecture and industrial design friends from Tech. They used to spend countless hours in the studio. They called their major "architorture." The current clubhouse at TPC Sawgrass opened in 2007. It was designed by the firm Chapman Coyle Chapman of Atlanta. One of the Georgia Tech architects Robb mentioned as designing this place was Michael Shue. Shue is a partner at Chapman Coyle Chapman and works exclusively on golf and country club projects. According to a press release by the construction company that built the clubhouse, Clark Construction, the current clubhouse took 11 months to build. The old clubhouse was demolished right after the 2006 Players Championship and the new clubhouse was ready in time for the 2007 Players Championship. Per David Pillsbury, former President of the TPCs and PGA Tour Executive Vice President and current CEO of Invited (formerly ClubCorp): "Under a normal construction schedule, a clubhouse of this size would have required between 18 to 24 months to complete. However, it was finished 10 months after the demolition of the old clubhouse." When I first saw the clubhouse on TV and social media during The Players Championship (I distinctly remember the clubhouse being shown off through crowd-sourced videos during one championship weekend; this was when Instagram Stories had just become a thing and @pgatour featured the video on their story), I remember thinking of how grand and impressive it looked. The clubhouse really stands out and is unique. Robb quizzed us on the architecture style. One of us got it right (not me): Mediterranean Revival. Seeing the clubhouse in person, it met my expectations as far as what I'd seen on TV and online. As far as the grounds went, they were on par (no pun intended) with all of the other bucket-list courses I've visited including Augusta National, St Andrews, Pebble Beach, Kapalua, Pinehurst, and East Lake. In terms of landscaping and attention to detail, TPC Sawgrass and Augusta are top two from what I've seen. Every square foot of grass at these two places, on and off the course, were consistently immaculate and on another level.     10 Warnings BEFORE you sign with Regus…read more 1. Give notice that you will vacate at the end of your lease as soon as you sign up, by certified mail. The leases require 3 months' notice prior to termination, or the lease is automatically renewed. This caught many tenants unaware. Regus denied receiving our notice until we produced the certified receipt. 2. Only use a disposable credit card for Regus payments, perhaps a Walmart prepaid card. They erroneously double billed us, taking the money from the card, then correcting the overbilling later--much later. Every single billing error benefitted Regus. Check to see if you can just prepay, because billing hassles are guaranteed. 3. Listen carefully when in your office. The temp offices are randomly assigned. Many lack acoustical privacy. In one office I clearly heard a woman provide her social security number and date of birth to a credit repair specialist through the walls in the next office. I told Regus in writing, but nothing was done. 4. Check to see if you will be given an office key. Many Regus temp office can be locked, but you are not given a key. Carrying your laptop to the restroom is wearisome. If Motel 6 can give each guest a key to their room, why not Regus? 5. The Regus phone system is state of the art. The transmission of voice mail to your e-mail address is especially useful. Conference calls are easy. But be careful to sterilize you phone when you leave, deleting and overstriking the careful record the phone receiver keeps of your calls made, missed, and received. 6. Speaking of sterilization, you need to carry hand wipes to sterilize the phone receiver and touch surfaces. It's a public phone. 7. Never, ever, dial your bank or credit card company and enter your passwords by phone. 8. Observe where the phones are answered. Are people sitting in the lobby hearing your call screens? Usually Regus has an open reception area where the phones are answered. 9. Never, ever, get your mail delivered to Regus. Get a post office box instead. The Internet is easy to access, but is not secure. Not even close. 10. Do not use the Regus phone number as a primary phone number. Regus threatened to disconnect our Regus phone that day for rent that had already been paid and cleared the bank account. Just have calls forwarded to the Regus number instead.

This wasn't just another event--it was our daughter's first birthday, a once-in-a-lifetime milestone. The owners mentioned they'd done over 250 events, but for us, this was our one and only chance to celebrate. Unfortunately, we didn't feel that was fully recognized or respected. PROMISED vs. PROVIDED Promised: We would be closely involved in the decoration process, receiving regular updates and having our preferences considered. Provided: We didn't hear from them until the day before the event, when a single photo was sent. We had to reach out about the slideshow since no one asked for our pictures. A projector was promised, but the slideshow played on a small TV in the corner. We chose the top package, expecting a premium experience, but the decorations felt rushed, incomplete, and not as promised. There was no ceiling décor, no "First Birthday" banner like we had seen in other events, and the sign even started falling apart during the party. When we raised concerns before guests arrived, we were met with excuses rather than solutions. Removing the green backdrop was said to be too time-consuming, so the rest of the decorations were left unfinished. We also agreed to reduce the package cost by $180 since we didn't use their food service. Later, it was described as a special discount, which wasn't how we agreed. The most disappointing part was the owners' attitude. When we calmly explained our concerns, one owner dismissed us with hand gestures, said, "I'm sorry I didn't meet your expectations. This is what we have," and walked away. They didn't check in during the event or follow up afterward. Before this review, I called hoping to resolve things privately, but the owner said she didn't want to discuss it anymore. That call only reinforced our concerns. We also asked if the AC could be lowered since guests were uncomfortable, but we were told it couldn't go below 70°. The staff, however, was kind, respectful, and tried their best after the owners left. We appreciate their efforts and wish the owners had matched that level of care. This review isn't about perfection it's about the trust we put in a premium service for a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. Communication, effort, accountability, and respect should match the promises made. Sadly, we left feeling like our special moment was just another booking. It appeared to me That they were behaving to us just because we were person of colored GIVEN HOW THE OWNERS BEHAVED WITH US. I FEEL PRETTY CERTAIN WE MIGHT GET MORE EXCUSES FROM THE OWNER FOR LEAVING THIS REVIEW.
