The venue itself is exceptionally spacious, and the team beautifully arranged all the tables and chairs for us prior to our arrival. The space comes fully equipped with everything you might need, including an oven, a refrigerator, and a Bluetooth sound system. The included back patio is an amazing feature, offering a wooden deck with seating, an elegant arch, and a cozy fire pit. Alana was even thoughtful enough to extend our rental window beyond our 3:00 PM cutoff since there wasn't a conflicting event scheduled afterward. I will absolutely be booking this space again for my 50th birthday.

Parking around the chapel wasn't an issue, either. They have both a private lot and street parking. The staff were very kind and helpful, too! The inside space is intimate and perfect - I really enjoyed the lighting from the windows and the lights on the back wall were a great touch, too. They also have a beautiful courtyard as a reception space which allowed attendees to flow between indoors and out. Thank you for being fantastic and allowing us to honor our friend.

The cocktail hour outside during golden hour was such a beautiful start and setting to celebrate their love. The weather was also cooler which was ideal. I know a lot of venues for weddings are pretty strict for who can cater but it was nice to see that this venue was flexible as it was a cater that I was used to seeing at Vietnamese wedding all across Florida. When we went inside, it was a huge ballroom and was decorated nicely. Our friends had amazing little stations- some for take home memorabilia, a ramen station for later, etc. Overall, a great location for a wedding!

I would like to start by saying The Nest is a beautiful venue, which is why my family decided to…read morehave a graduation celebration at the location. Originally, the celebration we planned was supposed to take place in August 2019, but it had to be moved to April 25, 2020. There was no major issue with doing so, but there was a delay with communication with the Nest's staff. As graduations have been delayed/cancelled for the spring classes and social distancing has been enforced, the graduate decided to cancel the party altogether as many of the guests had to travel from out of the area to attend the event. On April 1st, we notified the facility to inform them that we would like to cancel the party due to the pandemic and that we would like a refund for the deposit. We did not receive a response until May 1st, a month later and nearly a week after the event was supposed to take place, that we would not be able to receive a full refund for the deposit. The representative mentioned that the fine print states that you cannot receive a refund, but the contract does not state refunds for deposits cannot be issued. She offered to postpone the event again, but the graduate has moved to another state so this isn't an option. After mentioning this to the representative, she mentioned sending half of the money to cashapp. Again, the facility is nice, but in order to deliver top notch service it would have been wonderful to have a more attentive planner and to conduct a business with a venue that abides by the contract.
