I made several calls to electricians who claim ti be avaukable 24/7. Trust me, thats mostly false advertising...and leaving messages does nothing. But Romeo, co-owner of 911 Electrical Service showed up at 3:30 am & power was finally restored around 4 am - with a temporary fix & a promise to return to do a permanent fix. Today, Romeo returned, as promised, with help to fix things. They added a master switch for the whole house & replaced a few other parts. Now, everything is back to normal. There's a particular kind of stress that comes with handling things like this alone -- trusting that the people who show up to help are honest, asking the right questions while you're exhausted, and making decisions anyway. I am grateful for competent people who show up when it matters -- and for lights that turn back on.
