Within their preliminary paperwork, is a paragraph stating that they do not verify insurance. Now, my secondary insurer's website does show this facility as a provider. Of course, as is always the case, they advise verifying with the provider. The reason is simple. The provider knows, or should know, wether or not their contract is current. So here's the rub. If they aren't currently in the network, the patient is stuck with the balance that Medicare doesn't cover. As I have stated, I have over 30 years of experience as a clinician and have dealt with insurance as a provider and as a patient. I have never, in the entirety of my career, seen a provider with such a clause. CAVEAT EMPTOR, let the buyer beware. We place our trust in clinicians and don't expect them to place us "on the hook" for their lack of due diligence.

I had hip pain and tightness, shoulder pain, I was exercising less so I was becoming stiff and not sleeping well. I have never experienced this type of chiropractic care. Dr Walker is the type of person who lights up a room when she enters it. She treats her patients like her family- she is genuine, loving and so kind. She is brilliant and understands the human body and the role chiropractic plays in biomechanics. I have learned a lot from her during my care. Having previously worked directly with Cheryl on a specialized Rehab Team in our area providing care to multi-complex patients, I had already experienced her caring, calm demeanor, & expert professionalism in assessing what each individual needed, along with her ability to motivate & encourage patients to achieve recovery beyond their expectations. THEN, this past July 2024 I was diagnosed with lumbar spine injuries & contacted "Dr. Cheryl" for my own care! Over the course of 18 sessions, she performed as always, efficiently & effectively, in helping me to outline practical goals following her extensive evaluation of my strengths & weaknesses. Each session we progressed together through the incremental, necessary steps to approximate & achieve each goal, modifying exercises as necessary. But as a dancer, I have never been lazy or looking to skate by and mask my problems with pills. More pills, more problems is my motto. Anyway, luckily, I found Chet. Chet showed me some awesome neck exercises, evaluated my keyboard equipment for me, recommended I start sleeping with a wrist brace at night. And now, four months after therapy sessions, I am PAIN FREE. Of course, I do my part by keeping up with the exercises at home, but I can't thank him enough for his care.

Doctor Mark Torke is a horrible doctor…read more He had 0 bedsides manners, and when he came in the room, he made me feel stupid. Like I was in an interrogation. I am 18 with severe shoulder issues. I came in the room confident and ready to get things fixed. As soon as he came in the room, he flustered me. I was shocked by the way he was acting. He said there was nothing wrong with me, and I should be exercising. The list of backhanded comments he gave me was plentiful. When I told him I physically could not without pain, he said "I don't care." Such a salty old man. He then forgot to discharge me, and I was stuck in the room he humiliated me in for 30 mins. Such a horrible experience. This isn't a post made out of anger for my results, he simply is the worst doctor I've ever been to, and he is the only one on that list! Never come here unless you want a doctor only coming for a paycheck and not your health!

So far, I've been satisfied with my treatment in the past and now. The office staff is pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. If I have questions, they answer then or find someone with the answers.
