The manager, Sable, is usually my therapist and she is outstanding! Always pleasant, caring, professional and a good friend now. The staff is remarkable and the ladies always greet you with a smile and 'how are you today?' I appreciate that. The place is spotless and equipment is immediately stored in its place when not in use. Sable is definitely on my Christmas card list....she cured my lifelong problem with vertigo and this last bout I had was endless torture. "What do you want to be able to do, Lois" they ask. Throughout the time of my therapy I have seen them honor the answers to that question and what matters to me in my life. Then give you instructions fornat home with pictures so you know how to do them yourself. So far on my return visits my therapist David and his assistant Victoria have been happy to see how much more range I have already. My shoulder/arm is still definitely weak while doing things but I am happy that I can move more amd my progress is looking good.

Also, I was told that I was a no-show for a few appointments - which is not true because I called to cancel two of them. Better communication and note-taking among staff and with customers are needed. Also, professional courtesy should require that workers should wait at least 15 minutes for any appointment.
