He rudely instructed her not to contact him but to contact the rental manager to reschedule. Over a month later he rescheduled another visit and did not show, and did not respond to calls or texts. There were no apologies. We were affected as well taking time out of our day to wait with her. Meanwhile it's been two months of a non-working washer and having to launder elsewhere costing more money and time.
