He was fair, trustworthy in my home, and even greeted my dogs with treats each day. He had no problem giving me exactly what I wanted. If I wanted to reuse something he took extra care with it. He was on top of the additional contractors used for plumbing, tile work, etc. He held everyone's feet to the fire and made sure permits and inspections were all in line. Can't recommend him enough. I even used him for 2 more projects already: some gutter work and fireplace revamping. Wonderful experience. A++

I spoke with Allen who was very friendly and professional. I had a pleasant conversation with him. I explained what was going on and he had Brianna call me to go over everything. Brianna was very thorough and professional. She quoted me a price to repair my roof and she sent Josh out to my house this past Saturday. When he arrived he took time to answer all my questions (and I had a few). He checked my roof and my attic. He found the problem within a few minutes of arriving. Apparently, one staple popped up and as a result my roof was leaking. He pulled the staple out and sealed the holes. I was very pleased with the professionalism shown by the staff. When the repair took less than estimated, Allen immediately refunded me the difference. There was zero hassle. I really appreciate a stress free, proper repair. I am so happy I used R&J.
