She is professional, but knows each and every costumer by name . She has her own blood family working at the salon , but others who are her adopted family . She is laid back and not pushy , but knows how to run a successful business. She is highly knowledgeable with the equipment and the products she sells. Plus, this place is very reasonably priced. It's by far less than a lot of the other tanning salon chains and in my opinion way better. She has many different beds from stand-up to lay down and red light therapy. And also does spray tanning. Well I went in to purchase my membership and was greeted by a young lady, I said "I'd like to get an unlimited monthly membership for the VERSASPA." She looked at me perplexed and said just said "ok? Do you know what option you want?" I stated I didn't realize there was more than one option and if she could let me know what they were. Unfortunately she could not tell me any spray tan offers, she did however find a paper that she "thought" was maybe the spray tanning prices tho she could not be completely sure. She offered to call someone to ask if I wanted her to... it just honestly seemed like she didn't want to help me so I got the heck out of there. Which sucks cause it is so close to my home. It would be great if the staff was trained on the pricing and products that are offered. Over all very uncomfortable experience.
