Not only do I have curly hair and love my curls, but I also love my outdoorsy, wash-and-go lifestyle, something that amazingly few stylists understand. Most want to throw so many products at my head (that I get scared I'll burst into flames when I sit in the sun by a window) seemingly to disguise the fact that they really don't know how cut curls without making me look like a dirty, matted shih tzu (minus the zu part). So, back to Anna. She not only listened to me while I explained what I wanted and how much time and energy I put into my hair, but she heard me. We discussed different styles and why some might not be great for me, and then she helped me with some styling tips that fit right in with the wash-and-go life.
