I have been at my new tanning salon (Rockstar Tan, Laguna Niguel) for about 6 weeks now, and I'm extremely happy! I have been tanning often and have NEVER had to wait for a bed. Even though the beds here at ROCKSTAR are only 7 minutes here, I have been able to achieve more color than I ever did at Palm Beach Tan. This week at Rockstar Tan, the Mystic spray booth is down unfortunately...but for the inconvenience, they have been doing custom airbrush tans at NO CHARGE! Wow! There is so much more to offer at ROCKSTAR TAN for a lot less money, and the staff are super accommodating. They also have extended salon hours 7 days a week; most days they are open until 10:00pm! When I contacted her in November, I was told the infrared sauna was temporarily down and to call back. After that, I never heard from her again. For a long time, the business listed itself as "temporarily closed," and now it appears to be completely out of business with no communication or resolution. This is extremely unprofessional and, in my opinion, misleading. Selling packages and then failing to honor them or provide refunds is not acceptable. I, like others, am now left wondering what happened to the money we paid. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing packages or prepaying for services here.
