I've been going to Sienna Tan off and on for the last couple years or so. A couple years ago, I had a monthly VIP membership for a few months but decided to cancel it as summer got closer. Unfortunately, the cancellation must have gotten misplaced by a staff member, and I realized I was still charged after I had cancelled. The owner was amazingly kind and not only refunded that amount as Sun Dollars, but I'm pretty sure she added even more for my trouble because I went back several months later to find a lot more time on my account than I had expected! And the best thing is that the Sun Dollars don't expire like they might at competitor's places, so every time I go back to get a little bronze before my yearly beach trip in the winter, I have some still waiting for me! Sienna Tan is clean, high quality, has a very nice staff, and is super affordable. Definitely recommend!

I called 3 times in 2 weeks to try to reschedule - the first two times I left a message (with no reply) and the 3rd time someone actually answered. Also, on several occasions I have called to make appointments, no one answered, I left a message, and no one called back. I wouldn't care about getting an appointment, but I bought a Groupon deal that I want to use. After I use this Groupon up I will never be calling to make another appointment.

On one occasion, they completely lost all my customer data- including where I had PREPAID for a booth session! I had to dig through my debit card information so I could prove to them I had indeed paid I would be damned if they were going to cheat me out of $25. I went in for a series of 4 spa treatments one day, the girl working could not have been more blase when explaining each treatment. I even had to leave a treatment once, put on a robe and go FIND the employee because the machine had not started properly! Had I not purchased a package deal, I would not have ever gone back after that experience, however, I had pre-paid. I made an appointment for the next session of treatments, drove 20+ miles to Planet Beach only to arrive to the doors locked, lights off, and a note on the door stating they had electrical problems and would not be open for the day. I find that quite interesting considering they are in a strip mall and all the other surrounding businesses had no issues with electricity. A young woman from the salon next door saw me at the door to PB, and said she had just spoken to the owner and asked that he start to call people who had appointments scheduled as many were showing up, but from what she said, he told her he couldn't be bothered with that. Nice- so glad I wasted the gas and mileage that day. Needless to say, I will NOT be back to Planet Beach Contempo Spa!

This means they were attached incorrectly and also lack density. I wouldn't even go back to have them corrected because they're not qualified to do lashes. I've had my lashes done for years. Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Detroit, Dallas.. and I've experienced everything from the best to the worst. Average at best, I'd be surprised if they last 1 week and I'm already debating the use of mascara to keep them from crossing. There's nothing more embarrassing than 'crossed lashes' that keep splitting and creating gaps. Conversely, there's nothing more satisfying than receiving compliments on a good set of lashes, but not from this place! I can't wait to go home for a set of perfect lashes.

(I'm moving out of state) They charged me double this month (the month I tried to cancel) because they say they're upgrading their gym. This is exacerbated by how tiny the gym is; there's little space and little equipment. If you're on the clock by all means do your workout but wait until its dead, don't do it after everyone's off work for the day and there to work out. Also, what you're really paying for with this gym is that its 24 hours. Not much else. Its very small, limited equipment, not much else. So, with the reduced hours due to COVID, you'd think they lower the membership price. But nope, you're still paying full rate for a 24 hour gym that isn't open even half that time. You'd think they charge a reduced rate after that. Final warning as well, if you cancel your membership they still force you to pay for an extra month after. Even if you cancel before the next billing cycle. Just a way to squeeze you I suppose.
