I nearly cried explaining my situation and told her i was only looking to have the lashes removed but if there was any chance a tech was available within short notice to re apply them i would book with anyone. Brandy was so understanding and kind, bless her heart she booked me later that same day with herself. When i tell you the difference in salons!! Everything about Bebes was so professional from the moment i got there, she went in and disinfected the room. The beds were so comfortable and cushiony. She even placed a knee pillow for back support and gave me a blanket. She spent more than an hour removing the lashes and explaining every single process that was going on, everything that was being applied to my eye and making sure my eyes were not irritated or in any way uncomfortable to me. She did a beautiful job at reapplying my new set and was so delicate with me. I know for a fact i fell asleep several times. Not once did she seem annoyed, frustrated or bothered by this crazy ordeal even though the process took hours to complete. She really took her time and not once did i feel rushed. After what should have been a routine medical procedure, I scheduled a massage thinking I'd recover quickly. When I unexpectedly started feeling unwell, I responsibly called to inquire about other available times. I ended up rescheduling once to allow myself time to rest. During this call, the male (Justin?) front desk member was inappropriately judgmental, saying, "Why would you schedule a massage knowing you had a procedure?" He then proceeded to ask what specific medical procedure I had undergone - an invasive and unnecessary question. He also falsely claimed I had rescheduled "twice," when I had only rescheduled once. Minutes after this uncomfortable conversation, my condition deteriorated rapidly, and I ended up in the Emergency Room. This was a genuine medical emergency with complications that no one could have anticipated. I understand and accepted the cancellation fee. What was unacceptable was the judgmental questioning and mischaracterization of my actions, especially given that I ended up in the ER immediately afterward. After I recovered - when trying to book online, I found my account restricted. When I called to ask why, I was told by the manager - Libby, that the owner Larae had blocked my online access "to clean up their books, for clients like me" forcing me to "call for all appointments to ensure I'd make it in". A wellness business should understand that health situations can change unexpectedly and treat clients with dignity. Questioning someone's medical decisions followed by restricting their account after they experienced an emergency requiring ER care shows a concerning lack of professionalism and compassion. I explained the situation to my home location, they understood, apologized on behalf of the Webster location and cancelled my membership.

They could not produce the cancellation papers and ANA kept telling me I didn't have five credits. This business has shady practices. If you decide to risk being a customer, always ask for copies of any paperwork you sign, and always have your credits in writing if you decide to do the membership. I ended up paying the $109.99, but I will never come back to this business. They lost a good customer because they can't keep track of customers' paperwork or credits, and on top of it, called the police on me when they didn't give me all the credits I was due. I feel bad for my lash stylist who got caught in the middle. But I don't feel bad walking away from the bad business practices and the poor customer service. Just don't come here. Don't let them tell you lies and call the police on you when you try to stand up for yourself.
