Ashley A, the opening shift counter person is absolutely awful to deal with! She was completely disrespectful and rude and probably about half my age and has no idea how to deal with a customer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and advise you steer clear! They do not give refunds according to their policy. However, they also don't inform you that even though their hours say that they are open until 8:00 p.m. they close the spray tanning machine down at 7:30 so they can clean it and be out of there by 8:00 p.m. Due to the fact that I live and work in Houston, I am not able to get there any earlier than 7:30 p.m. and am told that I can't get a refund even though I was never informed that I had to be there before 7:30 p.m. to do the tanning in the spray tanning booth. Now I'm not able to use a membership that I paid $80 for and only tanned once and they refuse to give me a refund. This is very poor business practice in my opinion and if you value your time and money, I would definitely look elsewhere for tanning services!

She said that products purchased off site could be counterfeit and likely have had alcohol added to the bottle to increase the column. I order my lotions directly from the manufacturer. Furthermore, can you imagine rubbing down with a heavily alcohol laden product and getting into a level 4 tanning bed. Does not sound like fun to me. I was hesitant about going because it had been so long since I had a spray tan and I didn't want to look orange or abnormal during my friend's special day. When arriving, I completely missed my turn, GloGirl is kind of hard to get to. It's in between a gas station and a brand new strip center but the directions I received definitely did help. Stacey was so helpful. Very professional and friendly. I went with one friend and the bride in the bridal party. When it was my turn for my tan, she gave me her recommendations and walked me through each pose. It was like my first spray tan all over again but this time it was the best experience I ever had!
