The girls are all very knowledgable about the different packages and the discount for where I work is a plus! :) it never smells like sweaty lotion in here with is a major turn off when I've been to other tanning salons. The girls are all very good about reminding me when I spray tan to use the barrier lotion on my nails and toes as well as to wear the bottom feet protectors which I normally would otherwise forget whoops! They explain the different positions for the spray tan to achieve the best results and gave me tips on how to keep the tan afterwards. I've got 2 spray tans from her so far and they were both perfect- no discoloration or blotchiness anywhere! There's 2 options for the tans: 4 hour or 8 hour. Ashley A, the opening shift counter person is absolutely awful to deal with! She was completely disrespectful and rude and probably about half my age and has no idea how to deal with a customer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and advise you steer clear! They do not give refunds according to their policy. However, they also don't inform you that even though their hours say that they are open until 8:00 p.m. they close the spray tanning machine down at 7:30 so they can clean it and be out of there by 8:00 p.m. Due to the fact that I live and work in Houston, I am not able to get there any earlier than 7:30 p.m. and am told that I can't get a refund even though I was never informed that I had to be there before 7:30 p.m. to do the tanning in the spray tanning booth. Now I'm not able to use a membership that I paid $80 for and only tanned once and they refuse to give me a refund. This is very poor business practice in my opinion and if you value your time and money, I would definitely look elsewhere for tanning services!
