Then in early August one of the love seat recliners would not open fully. Called customer service and was told to send a video of the problem via email and they would get back to me. Took a few phone calls and was promised they would order a new mechanism and send some out to repair the problem. I have now called at least 5 times and they promised me someone will show up and repair the recliner. Each time they say someone is coming they are a NO-SHOW. Their communications is terrible and the do not honor their commitments. As of today September 17, 2026 they have NOT REPAIRED the recliner. Save yourself the stress and stay away from this company.

There were several other desks, as well as a headboard, that I really wanted but didn't have a need for. I was already sold on this store because of the inventory and incredible prices. Then tonight we had our scheduled delivery with Jonathan -- he went above and beyond. He was incredible. He had not been told that we had stairs, and he single handedly carried the desk upstairs. A drawer wasn't coming out of the desk, and he got a lot of tools out from his truck and figured out what the issue was. Then he saw my husband unpacking a console for our kitchen, and he offered to help. We refused but he insisted, so we let him -- he got the thing set up (with our pathetic help where we could) in such little time. THEN, he saw that our new place had a light in the kitchen hanging ridiculously low, about 4 feet off the ground. He let us know that we could fix that, then he just went and fixed it himself! Jonathan made our night and made our new home a better place to live in. Thank you!!
