In any case, bits of other clients' hair covering surfaces isn't professional or sanitary. My hair was layered, not what I'd asked for, I wasn't consulted about the colour of highlights, which were one dimensional (flat looking result), and the foils were poorly done so there is an obvious demarcation where they start. Tried to politely address this with the stylist who dismissed my concern with "wait til it's dry". So disappointed, won't go back, and recommend going elsewhere

They did not do my hair in the way I asked for after giving them a picture. When they thought they were finished, they started showing my hair and realized they missed something. They have other yoga, meditation and other classes available for a fee. Lots of body treatments including massages and body scrubs. Meals were wonderful. Great place to decompress. Two minor annoyances - 1. Please do as they ask and put away the phones. It is distracting for other guests 2. Don't reserve chairs by the pool for a long time by leaving your belongings there. Some folks did it for over 3 hours while we were there. So not fair to other guests. Otherwise, a wonderful spot and great staff. Note - Do take your epi pen if you are allergic to bees/wasps.
