It's a great place to spend time with family. My kids really enjoy to visit here and spend time together.

Palladio is an absolutely gorgeous shopping center with a great mix of stores and eateries. In addition, their events are always amazing. Summer concerts, fall festival, Christmas events... My family enjoys walking through the Palladio on warm afternoons, the heat outside can be intense, so it's nice to go from store to store experiencing watm and cool Sensations upon entering and exiting. I have been here dozens of times and have yet to see the inside of every store or restaurant. There are two movie theaters, one that specializes in dinner and a movie and one that is more traditional but is newly serving alcohol and possibly meals. You can get pretty much anything that you need at the Palladio, with the exception of home improvement stores such as Home Depot. The Palladio feels very safe and I am never nervous while there with my kiddos. read more

I am a big fan of this center, I have been coming to the Palladio theater since there was nothing else located in the shopping center. Now that almost every spot has filled up there is so much to do within one shopping center. They have theater, resaturates, barns and nobles with a excellent cafe and bar. If you want a place to hang out with friends or are unsure where to eat out at this place has choices for everyone's taste. I love coming here even if I have no plans in mind you can find something to keep you occupied. read more

Don't ever let them trick you into buying a " Palladio gift card " when you buy it they say it works in any of the stores within the Palladio but it doesn't. If you want to go see a movie you're screwed. They won't accept that gift card. Try and go out to eat at one of the restaurants or Starbucks within Palladio, won't accept the gift card either. But go inside any store that isn't a chain... that's who will accept the gift card. At a place nobody wanted to shop at in the first place. Love the variety of shops and restaurants here. It always seems like there's a new store opening. Parking in front of the stores is very limited--you're lucky if you get a spot. It's just easier to park in the parking garage. There are always multiple security cars patrolling and security guards walking around. It is kept every clean. By far, the BEST shopping center in Northern California! Just when I thought SCVF mall was good this Folsom shopping center is absolutely beautiful! My boyfriend and I were coming home from South Lake Tahoe! After we stopped by Subway we headed back on the freeway and he pointed out to the shopping center and we took an exit! I thought I seen an ULTA logo but we kept driving after the exit and I noticed Nordstrom rack. We realized we literally were driving towards a lot of stores and it was a shopping center! free parking garage! Nordstrom rack was the best store in the center! Three stars for the shops, zero for this huge rambling center. You walk huge areas of sides of bldgs here, unlike The Fountains, where you can walk the entire center, see all of the shops, & not feel like you just climbed the Alps. Dear God, this center is huge, and I only walked a small part of it. It is definitely a place that you must drive around, lots of twists n turns, I didn't like it. Wanted to go to H & M, but it was eons away.... guess I'll hafta grab my hiking boots & return! This would NOT be a fun place in rainy weather, unless you were a duck. read more

There are so many great shops here with options for everyone whether it be a movie, dinner, shopping, or entertainment. The area is beautifully landscaped, parking is ample with convenient street spaces as well as a parking garage, and shops and facilities are clean and very well maintained. The real test of a shopping center in the Sacramento region is if people will choose it over the Galleria or Fountains. Palladio attempts to peel off local traffic, but with the completion of the Folsom Dam Bypass, many of the area's wealthier set can simply drive their Tesla to Roseville for their shopping needs. There are several big draws to its location in south Folsom near Bidwell and 50 including one of the best movie theatres in the region and a very nice Whole Foods. The open air feel is nice, but is often overwhelming during the bad times - heat, rain, smog, smoke. I am obviously not the key demographic for the shopping center, but I would expect most of Folsom may prefer to shop at the Outlets or Amazon these days or stream Netflix in bed instead of a theatre. Over time, Palladio may attract some more big names - Apple Store, Tesla, Saks 5th Ave (real not outlet) - to serve the growing 1% bracket in the Folsom area, but it is having trouble keeping big names and is hard to choose over the other air conditioned options in the region. read more

I just took my kids and their friends to the "family friendly" music event and one of my kids' friends (a 6th grade girl) was approached by security to change her shirt or leave the premises. She was wearing an in style top with low cuts on the sides, full pants, and shoes. She wasn't causing any kind of the trouble and the one who wanted to go in the first place! I asked why she had to leave and he said because the General Manager said so and there was a dress code. He pointed in the direction of the sign and I went to read it. It said "proper clothing" and no other specifics besides "shirt" and "shoes". I saw a guy in the same style shirt who wasn't kicked out and we all know a good portion of the girls were wearing a lot less than her, not to mention the band on stage at this "family friendly" concert barely had pants on! I asked to talk to the General Manager and the security guard said that that's why she had him and she would not come talk to me. Beyond that, after the event was well over they still pressed us to leave the premises. I hate to think the worst of people but it really makes me wonder if it had anything to do with her being a slightly heavier set black girl. The evening was ruined by these imbiciles and my kids, their friends and I will never go back to one of these events. read more

While visiting the Palladio shopping center in Folsom the security personnel decided to give me a Palladio Employee Parking Violation Ticket, my biggest mistake was to attempt to meet up with friends at one of the restaurants located at said business center. Once I looked at the ticket I decided to challenge the ticket and went to their guest service office just to begin presented with a form where I'm supposed to establish my employee name. Keep in mind, I DON'T WORK THERE. The Director of Security Steve Sherer could not explain to me the reason why. His excuse was, I don't know. So base on looks the security personnel issues this tickets to enforce their policies and parking regulations. To them, if you look Latino or non White you are rewarded with a $25 ticket. It is unbelievable the lack of professionalism and competence of this company. On Steve Sherer business card Palladio advertised that is professionally managed by TRI Property Management. I do not believe this company knows what the word means. Condoning this poor performance on their employees says it all. Every guest should feel welcome at Palladio when visiting, not harassed, bullied, disrespected or abused in any circumstances. That is how they made me feel today. I consider my self a fair person and I'm a firm believer that if a person makes a mistake there should be consequences. But base on facts, not just because I look Latino or skin tone different. No one should have to go out of their way to solve this meaningless and shameful matters just because Palladio tries to enforce their rules, a scam more than anything else. No company should degrade, discriminate or discriminate their guest, there is no excuse for it. I expect an explanation from Palladio at Broadstone. The fact that said company continues taking advantage of this " policies or rules" applied to the visitors of the city of Folsom without facing consequences it's a BIG RED FLAG. The shame. Folsom does not represent what Palladio is about, I've been living in Folsom way longer than Palladio and I can state that I've never seen this petty minded, nasty, spiteful way to conduct business. I received a comment on my post 24 hours after the incident, not an explanation, just a mere comment. Again, Palladio does not have a clear understanding of what costumer service is about. read more

I love the Palladio! It has a nice high end shopping feel to it. It's always so clean and it's never crowded. I always enjoy shopping here because the lines usually are not long and it has a bit of every type of store for everyone. It's a bit of a drive if you don't live in Folsom but if you're looking to get away from the bustle of Sacramento, the Palladio is a great alternative to the crazy Arden or Roseville crowd and traffic. It is an outdoor shopping center so plan for that. read more

Don't shop here. If your an employee here they will ticket your car even if you come in your day off to shop. Their security guards love to harass employees here. I came to the lazy dog to have lunch here and what was waiting for me? A ticket that was written within 5 minutes of me parking! They discriminate against the employees of the stores here. The stores are what drive this place business to make it more appealing for other shops to open up. If something isn't done to teach these people a lesson they will keep harassing us! The next step has to be negative media attention and we'll see what else happens from there! read more

Every time I come to this center I also feel like I'm in a posher city or town. Given the randomness of Sacramento weather this place is only good when the weather is nothing but perfect outside. But, for what it's worth it's nice to have a place like this. There aren't many regular shops but they do have H&M, Charlotte Russe, and my new favorite Charming Charlie. This area is highly populated by food places and restaurants. Also, there is the wonderful theater which is probably my favorite one to go to. read more

This shopping center is an outdoor one, with immaculate grounds keeping, huge pathways, sculpture, and water features abound. This is NOT the type of thing I am used to in Sacramento. It seems more reminiscent of an outdoor mall in San Diego or LA. The Theater is state of the art. They have a variety of music acts, and some very nice restaurants. If you gave me a choice of walking around in the Palladio versus Arden Fair Mall, or Sunrise Mall, I'd take this one any sunny day. read more

Located on Iron Point, Palladio is one of my favorite outdoor shopping malls. It's fun to walk around the streets, go for some window shopping in H&M, Nordstrom, and Whole Food Market. Pink Berry is a healthy option to pamper sweet tooth. It's an ideal place for a family outing on a sunny day. read more

I haven't visited the Palladio in a while, so I was unaware of how much it has expanded. It's is a beautiful place, and I enjoy spending time here. Nice ambience for adults. Good walking area especially early spring. The Palladio Luxe although pricey is a nice place to dine & watch movie at the same time. Try their Luxe hamburger. Good parking garage on summer hot days. Seems to be a boring area for kids. I would suggest more waterfall ambience. How about a water playground for kids or an area with water mists. Stores here are more of a higher price rate. More teens restaurants with drinks & ice cream that they can afford like a food center area with water fountains, kids' play area . read more

I went here for the first time last week to look around for dresses (which I ended up not finding) but even though I left this place empty handed, I was happy that I came. If you're looking for a shopping center then this isn't the place to go to. The palladio had very few stores (which most were local) but had an amazing atmosphere surrounding it. The view of the hills and beautiful palm trees and mansions made it more fun to walk around and experience. I only went to a few select stores like H&M, Sports Authority, Charlotte Russe, Painted and Vertiogo. I suggest going to Painted if you're a bit artsy and looking at paintings to buy made by the people there. They also have a small selection of clothes there bu the place is mainly for those who want to paint something for the fun of it and take a class. Oh there is also a Cinema there too which was actually quite nice. There is also a TON of parking space (which was great so I didn't have to fight for a space!) The highlight of my day there was just looking at the great stores and beauty around the palladio. read more

I'm a fan of the two cinemas. The Luxe is my favorite in the mornings before the smells of every dish start to consume the space. I love their recliners, food, and beverages there the most. The other cinema is cool too but make sure to reserve online because they sell out fast. Arcade was meh. The service is pretty good at Palladio 16 cinema but hit or miss at Luxe. Starbucks, Panera, Pure Life Juice bar, Apricot Lane Boutique, Serenity Spa, Torrid, Barnes & Noble, Whole Foods, T-Mobile, Chicago Fire, Sole Desire, Chocolate Architect, Soma, Chico's, M.A.C., and Pink Berry make this my favorite place to hang out. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because they have failed us Folsomites by giving us SeaQuest, which is the worst aquarium ever! They have a history of illegally acquiring sea life, mismanaging staff, and most importantly killing their animal residents throughout the country. Shame on schools or parents for taking their kids there to pet wild sea life. How would you like to be petted 50,000 times by sticky gross fingers every year then having to breath the gross water caused by those kids? Anyway, other than that, I like the Palladio. read more

Wow, I feel bad for all of the Folsom Outlet stores. This place is going to turn the outlets into a ghost town. Great selection of stores, especially the little gem stores such as Charming Charlies, Vertigo and Button Up Boutique. Not sure what the lady was raving about below me about Vertigo being a terrible store, they are awesome and always have clothes I can't find anywhere else. It's very understandable that small businesses have strict return policies especially since they can't take the hit. It isn't isn't REI or Walmart. Oh, they cut the tag off my shirt too but that's AFTER they told me that it was non-returnable without tags. Anyways, Color Me Mine is a great place to take the kids if you have any. Really friendly staff and lots of creative stuff parents love to put on their work desk. The only reason why I'm giving 4/5 stars is because the Palladio is still missing those big box-chain stores that make shopping crucial. I do like all the mom and pop shops, but it still needs a couple more known-name brands. read more

I absolutely love how Palladio is part of Folsom now, even though I'm in El Dorado Hills and used to town center, I think Palladio defines Folsom now. They created a great atmosphere and new shops are opening here and there as time goes back. Now that Victoria's Secret is here, it just seems perfect. Also, Nordstrom Rack is on its way and rumor has it there will be another movie theater serving alcohol. It's beautiful, they hold events such as Wednesday night concerts to bring the community together, and it's awesome running into old friends every time I go to the Palladio. The couple of restaurants are great, too, such as Chicago Fire and Chops. read more

A few days ago I went to eat at Chicago Fire and the food and ambiance there were great however we had a bad experience somewhere else. When we arrived at the Palladio we entered the parking structure by Bidwell st. and decided to park in the top level. We wanted to see how the view was from the top floor. There was a parking access control barrier with the poles up so we figured it was ok to park there. When we returned from the restaurant parking security told us he was ready to call a tow truck because we were not supposed to park there as that level is reserved for the offices next to it. We asked how come there were no signs and how come the gate was left open. He said that they did not have plans to put a sign and they always left the gates open after hours. He also said all the office workers have a key fob that let's them in thru the gates. It seems that instead of keeping the gates down or putting a no parking sign they are playing a game and are trying to get peoples cars towed. I wonder if the tow truck company gives them $ for each car they get towed. I just want to warn people about this costly game they are playing that needs to be stopped. read more

Very nice place but there's nothing here!!! I know a lot of places might be "coming soon" but even then I still don't think I'd come back.. Just came here to watch a movie and to experience DBox and came almost two hours early to window shop only to walk in circles looking at horrible window posters of potential shops... If you've ever been to Victoria Gardens in Southern California, this place could be that but it's far from it at the moment! It could use a Nordstrom or Macys.. read more

This shopping center would've been better served to be modeled after the Pavillion in Sacramento, or the Fountains in Roseville. I don't know what it is about Folsom and always trying to do things on a grander scale, but there is no charm, no quaintness, no real character to this center. Many of the spaces are not filled yet, and doesn't look like that is going to change anytime soon. I guess if I lived in Folsom, it may be an alternative if I had a specific shop I wanted to go in, but otherwise, the only function that this place serves is a venue to meander through when you have some time to just wander. read more

I am a vendor for one of the businesses here and my review is based solely as a customer. I typically am only here for an hour but sometimes maybe 3 hours. I in no way work for the Palladio nor have I signed any form of agreement with the Palladio. I have now received 3 parking tickets simply because I'm a vendor. The parking they have given to me as an option is very very far from where I need to go. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THE PARKING LOTS COMPLETELY FULL, EVER! If I did see them full, or even close to being full I would understand. A $25 fee is way too harsh! Where is this money going? Even sketchier, they only take cash or check? This just isn't right and needs to be fixed. I thought I was over the issue until I went to have coffee at Starbucks with my grandmother (who is disabled) and less than 30 minutes later I was given a ticket. Why? I'm not working! I was a customer like anyone else!!! I cover MANY MANY stores and shopping plazas and this shopping center is the only one who has ever treated me this way. After speaking with businesses in the area it sounds like they disagree with this policy as well. I think airing our frustrations over yelp my help our battle. If something isn't changed soon maybe this is the way the employees should address their frustration? Speaking with the security and Managment has done NOTHING! Bad business practice! This shopping mall will not be a success nor make a substantial profit for the shop renters. Too same similar shops, I mean Boutiques. or Spas. really Not much to see plus you gotta walk and walk finding that out. After three years still many large spaces empty. Rents must be astronomical .....Bad city investment. Galleria and Fountains, it is a real shopping destination.The only attraction would be Whole Foods and the Cinema. Has all the trapping of being upscale but the merchandise is shiny colorful eye popping dazzling made in China "stuff" of every color and flimsy material. The big bucks were already made by the corporate office, they made bundle along with the company who won the contract selling and delivering the concrete....... read more

I am only giving them one star because zero is not an option, and I only made this yelp account because I felt this needed to be posted. I am new to the area and decided to go an check out the town. I stopped here because it was recommend to me by a friend. That was a huge mistake. Today I experience racism from a security guard at this nasty strip mall. he literally told me i should take my money and spend it elsewhere for being black. It is embarrassing to witness the extreme ignorance in another person. I was shocked at the way I was treated I will never go back to this place after today. We are all people and should stand together to stop this. Do not go here and support this type of behavior! read more
