Can't recommend Pali Barbers enough! it's a gem of a family owned barbershop that truly makes you feel at home the moment you walk in, with some of the most admirable and genuinely caring people you'll ever meet. Lucy and JR are incredible. They are not only incredibly skilled at what they do, but they're also some of the most genuine and admirable people you'll ever meet.
I came in not really knowing what to do with my fine hair, and Lucy, with her decades of experience, immediately knew what would work best for my face shape and hair type. She gave me a cut that made my hair look so much fuller and more styled than I thought possible, and it was exactly what I didn't know I needed. She's got that rare stylist instinct that only comes from years and years of experience.
My husband saw JR and let me just say, he is super particular about how his hair and beard are cut. It's always a struggle to find someone who really listens and gets it right. But JR nailed it. The cut was sharp, clean, and exactly what he asked for. He walked out already saying he won't go anywhere else from now on.
What really sets Pali Barbers apart is that they don't just do great work, they care. This is a true family run business that's been around for decades serving the Palisades and LA area, and their client base includes people of all ages (even some famous faces). They cut hair for the whole family--men, women, and kids.
We also recently found out they had to move locations after the Palisades fire destroyed their original shop. Despite that huge setback, they've created a warm, welcoming new space that still has that cozy neighborhood feel.
