They do offer mix ins (first one is free) like calcium, protein, and bee pollen. They also showcase a smoothie of the week, which will be slightly discounted that week. My personal favorite is the guava gulp! I also love the strawberry splash, but I like to sub the frozen yogurt for pineapple sherbet in that one. I personally would try them without add ins on your first visit - the protein specifically does alter the taste a bit. There is no seating inside, you'll walk up to the counter to order and stand to the side to await your smoothie. They are in the $6-7 range, but they're pretty big.
