They were here 5 days prepping and applying stucco. The crew was so diligent in their prep work....so meticulous. We are amazed in both the product and their crew. Paid half up front. 5/12/25 showed up with the WRONG window. Took out my old window before realizing they had the wrong window. I ordered a Pro Via Aspect DOUBLE HUNG, in white with FULL screen. They brought a Pella 250 series, SINGLE hung in the WRONG size. They installed it with the promise of the correct window would be installed as soon as they got it in and I would be refunded. My house was left a mess. STILL NO COMMUNICATION from the owners. To top it off, the installer no longer works for them... I would avoid all the people involved with this company until they get themselves straightened out and PROFESSIONAL.
