Horrible experience that lasted six months after workers damaged my interior ceiling and job super did not put roof on that I asked for . The owner Jeff knows nothing g nor keeps track of work . I was never given warranties on word done as promised and had to find own repair person to fix damage that will never be like my original un damaged tiles . Owner only gave 200 credit on damage in thousands , and never gave warranties at all as promised by his foreman. They do not honor their work snd are not responsible when they are at fault admittedly . AVOID read more

Jeff Heikkila, you guy gave me mis matched windows. You guys still owe window bead, instead you had sub-contractors caulked them, what kind crap is this. They/ he will not respond to calls. Believe me when they get you windows they're from LOWE'S and builder grade so buyer beware. Most definitely put a more detailed review and another BBB complaint with you guys until this has been resolved. read more

Had a great experience with these folks. Due to hail damage in Aug 2018, I needed roof repair. They were out to estimate the damage quickly, gave a great price for the repair, and were out within a week to repair the damage. The guy who did the estimate was friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff were friendly and quick to help/respond. Great operation. I'd recommend them to anyone. Cons: I can't think of any. If I really needed to name one, I found a single nail in my yard afterwards. read more

Our project manager, Dave Cain, was great to work with. We needed a new roof and were filing our first insurance claim and Dave was very kind and patient in how he sat down and explained the process and the paperwork with us. He took time to walk the roof with the adjuster and was excellent in his followup. When it was time for the work to start, the roofing crew was there on time and made pretty quick work of the installation. The same was true for the crew installing the seamless gutters. They too showed up early and had them installed in one day. When all the work was finished, Dave helped us settle things with the insurance company. We highly recommend PeakView Roofing and Dave (in particular) if you're ever in need of a new roof, repairs and/or gutters. read more

Horrible service, communication and complete lack of professionalism! I truly wish that I could give negative stars! We called for a quote to fix our roof back in April 2019, we were given a quote and hired them. It took a couple of weeks for them to come out unfortunately the only day they had open was the day we were home they said no problem we will ring the doorbell to let guys know we're here and when we complete the job. The day came he rang the doorbell but then went to his truck, finally got out took the ladder off his truck, went to the roof than returned to his truck and left! A total of 15 minutes at our house then sent us a message later that afternoon saying the work was completed!! We knew for a fact that the $450 dollars worth of work never got done! When we called and talk to the office we were told he was a fast worker but they would come out and finish. Well days turned to weeks to months then out of the blue on a Sunday afternoon someone showed to "fix" some stuff. No email, text or phone call! We asked for an invoice we're absolutely done with this company we didn't even know if the work had been done but we were done! Again after many times asking for one and never getting a response we gave up! Fast forward to January 2020 we received a NOT so pleasant call from this company stating we are extremely pass due and needed to pay immediately! We were very confused as we explained to the lady what had happened she offered to to some research. We were then informed that the person we had been dealing with was very shady and had been doing some bad stuff like charging people to much for the work and we weren't the only ones complaining and he was no longer employed at the company. We were told she would send another person out to 1- see if the work had been completed and 2- see if what we were charged was correct. Obviously he had to work because no surprise it wasn't finished, he knocked $50. Again we waited for a invoice however we were rudely informed that we signed a paper stating that when work was completed payment was due and if we didn't pay that day it was going to collections. Needless to say we didn't pay them we waited till we received an actual invoice, they charged us a late fee of $25 and continued to tell us they were sending it to collections. They are very rude and unpleasant to deal with! Use at your own risk! read more

If you need a new roof like we did after the recent hail storm i went in search of a reputable roofing company and quickly fell down the rabbit hole and was besieged by all sorts of nefarious characters. My homeowners association recommended Peak View Roofing. They had recently done two new projects in our neighborhood on beautiful homes. My experience has been 5 star. Their field supervisor has stayed in touch with me and on top of the crew, some who have had 30 years experience building roofs. My roof is beautiful, my gutters and downspouts and facia painting top notch. I could not recommend them more highly. read more

I contacted Peak View Roofing after seeing somebody else post about it on Facebook. I wound up working with Mike Turley, who provided excellent service in addressing our hail damaged roof. Despite some having issues obtaining some materials, (there was a run on Skylights due to the incredible hail damage), the work was done in a timely and very professional fashion. I'm having lots of trouble getting the job done. I signed with Peak View because they are a local company. That doesn't seem to make any difference in service. My roof, followed by gutters, was to have been done the first week in Oct. The 2nd week of Oct., I called and was told the job had been passed to a crew and I would receive a call soon. Around the end of Oct., my neighbor's, who signed a contract with Peak View after I did, roof was done. I found out they had called several times. I think I am being bumped because I don't make a lot of noise. Then their gutters were done. I made some noise and my roof was done the first week of Nov. I must say, the roof is beautiful. The crew did a great job. Now I am working on the gutters. Today will be 4th discussion with them about when the gutters will be done. Wish me luck. read more

Lies built on top of lies! The facts are... I was told the work was completed by Peak View workers and I was supporting our local community. Nope my roof was completed by JA Roofing from Denver. I was told I would be notified when the work was going to be completed. Nope 6 weeks later I come home and our wall clock and fire alarms fell off the wall and ceiling from the banging. I was told this was a small job and work should be completed in a day or two. Nope FIVE days to complete the work. I was told our sales rep Austin would be our contact throughout the process. Nope then I was told Joey would be our contact. Nope. Found out both of these workers were subcontracted from out of state and by the time the work was being completed they had left the state of Colorado. Sales rep ordered to much flashing for areas on out roof that the flashing could not be replaced however we were charged for materials we cannot use. The roofers attached our satellite dish back with caulk- a $49.99 charge for Direct TV to come out and fix. After the roof was completed three weeks has passed and I had not heard anything about the gutters. I called and spoke with Ashlyn because Chris the 'gutter guy' was out sick who stated they Peak View crew should be out that following weekend and they were backed up because multiple crews were sick. Nope I called two weeks later and was told by Ashlyn again Chris was out due to being sick and she was sure someone would be out that following weekend. Nope- called again that following Tuesday and finally someone came out however he stated he was pulled from the special projects crew to complete the job. Opinions- I had stressed to Ashlyn that I was concerned the gutter contract did not get to where it needed to be originally because Austin who had our original contact took it with him to Alabama when he left and it took 8 days for him to get it to the Peak View office. The roof looks like crap the singles were laid at a weird angle. It is not a smooth looking roof I can best describe it as choppy. No one from Peak View ever came out to look at progress or to see if we had any questions or concerns. Once the work was completed I received a bill in my e-mail box. Over all Peak View Roofing gives the impression that its customers are not worth their time and effort in insuring things that are said are followed through. Peak View Roofing has made this experience horrible and I cannot believe they are okay with the service they provide. I tried several times to reach the owners however the staff who answer the phones are quick to avoid that. Whenever I insisted to speak to Lisa or Jim they were not available and I could not get a guarantee when I would get a call back. read more

Warning! Do not use this company. Terrible customer service, and they never keep you in the loop with what is going on. Called the company to get two estimates, one for a whole new roof and one for a needed repair. After receiving the two prices I scheduled the repair. Company showed up very quickly thinking they were doing the entire roof and not a simple repair. After this misunderstanding the company never got back to me to schedule the repair. After multiple phone calls on my part and none on theirs someone finally shows up to do the repair. The worker ran out of day light and said he would return the next day. Another week passed and still no worker but all of his supplies were left in my yard. Again I had to follow up with the company to find out what was going on. It wasn't for another week that the job was finally completed and this again was without any follow up or notification, I had to call the company again to get answers. If you need a new roof they are quick to collect $1000's and are on time, if you need a simple repair find another company. read more
