Front office folks were pleasant and professional and were able to get my appointment set for my preferred date. Settling up my invoice over the phone was a breeze also, and the rates are more than fair for the service provided Technician who came to the house was right on time, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to work with. Work was done super quick even though our system is not cookie cutter. The gentlemen even identified an upgrade opportunity that will make closing up the system even easier. Quoted me a price on the spot (again, extremely reasonable) and we'll be having that work done in the spring when we re-open the system for next year. Great people, great pricing, great service - I don't know what more anyone could ask for or expect. Five stars across the board, hire with confidence.

Alfonso came to our home and we were immediately impressed by his professionalism. He asked lots of questions and he listened. He came back the following week with a landscaping plan that incorporated everything that we asked for and at a reasonable price. Work started about a week later and the guys that did the hard work were impressive, too. They were conscientious and courteous. They cleaned up their work area and stored their equipment each evening before they left. Even our neighbors were impressed. Everything looks great and is exactly like the plan. This was just phase 1--we'll be calling Alfonso in the spring for phase 2!

It should come down. It's not doing good. we were like OK how much to take it down we agreed on what he said and I asked if he did shrubs and bushes and stuff on the sides front and the back of the house. He said yes, we do everything. He quoted me a price with that and the tree. We agreed took him a few days to get out back out due to he needed to go camping one weekend and then rain the following week pushed him back then he showed up, dropped the tree and left all the wood all over my backyard didn't stack it up. Didn't put it anywhere. My backyard is a total mess and he didn't do any of the shrubs so the side of the house or the trimming that I paid him for took didn't finish the job and will not come back and finish the job and won't return any of the money we paid upfront on the first tree had no trouble we so we thought no problem. We'll pay upfront on the second tree huge mistake even the young man that asked my wife. Are you sure you wanna give us the money before we're done? My wife was yeah why should I not? She came home from work to pay them and then went back to work My wife was yeah why should I not? She came home from work to pay them and then went back to work when we got home the yard was a mess. huge pieces of tree and limbs all over the backyard, not stacked up, not taken away. They cut it dropped it and left it all over the yard. And then didn't trim any of the shrubs didn't trim. Any of the bushes took that money haven't gotten any of the money that was added onto the tree price for the shrubs and bushes and they did not do the work but kept the money and won't return it or come out and finish the job. This is the first time I've had to deal with a tree falling in my yard. And a horrible experience I would not hire this company to do any work. Maybe it's our fault cause we gave him the money upfront. Once got the money, he just packed up and left. Maybe it's our fault for pain first before the job was finished. We didn't even think anything bad just trusted that they would do what they got paid to do. We were wrong. I hope no one else falls for this scam. The Carlos Tree removal.
