The next day, I followed up via text requesting the estimate and only received a emoji in response. After two more days with no estimate, I called and spoke with Mitch directly. He apologized and said he would send it out. It has now been over a week, and we still have not received anything. We genuinely wanted to move forward with the project, but the lack of follow-through made that impossible. It's disappointing that something as simple as providing a written estimate couldn't be completed. It also raises concerns about what would happen if an installation needed follow-up or if there were issues after the work was done. Very odd experience overall.
