We normally use one of the online tax filing services for our yearly taxes but I never feel 100%…read morecomfortable I have done everything right when I'm done. This year we installed a grid of Tesla solar panels and PowerWall so we could make use of the clean energy tax allowance. I felt just a little out of my depth and with 'significant' tax liability the last thing we wanted was to mess up our filing so we did not get the full benefit of the credit. I discovered J & S on Yelp and I'm so glad I did. Hugh was so easy to work with, friendly and approachable, and highly capable taking our best interests to heart. I've never seen a more complete and methodically assembled tax filing and he discovered errors in one of our previous year's filings which we will be refiling for since we are still owed a refund. This tax year we are looking at a very sizable refund from our taxes and we are a peace knowing it was all done correctly and nothing we could have benefited from got over-looked. We won't be doing our own taxes from now on but will depend on J & S to take care of our tax filing needs.

Disclaimer this is not saying this a bad company but it definitely was a bad experience with one person. The rest of her co workers can be incredible including her. Feedback don't be a respecter of persons and if you not taking customers which is really understandable in this industry to not be overwhelmed just have recommendations to be of assistance to those you can't help. This will leave a great impression on someone and may benefit your life business and perspective in general.

He takes his time in making sure that you are fully aware of the process when filing with him. He took the time to reach out to me today in regards to my negative review. We spent a great amount of time talking through the details and that's respected of him. I applaud his concern for reaching out to me. There wasn't much that he could do in regards to my taxes that were filed late but he did explain their process. I do believe him to be a fair, honest and just business owner. For that reason I would say see Terry and his team. Be sure to keep an open line of communication with them and you will be pleased. Five stars for the firm for Terry's concerns.
