We moved our insurance in 2016 to Wayne, and couldn't be happier. We never needed anything too big until this past June. We had hired a contractor to put the quarter round on our baseboard after we had replaced the flooring. Unfortunately, the contractor hit a fire sprinkler line on the 3rd floor, and flooded our entire town house. We called in to the 800 number because it was after hours, and within 30 minutes Wayne was calling us to see how he could help us. Thirty minutes later there was a water remediation team in our home starting the process of drying everything out. Wayne kept checking in on us throughout the process, and made us feel like we weren't alone through the entire thing. We have no problem referring family and friends to Wayne and his team. read more

Choose anyone else but State Farm! State Farm charges twice the amount for auto coverage as other insurance companies in the Raleigh NC area. Do your research before you sign with State Farm. I discovered that I could get the same, "apples to apples", coverage with Erie Insurance through another agency. This info was discovered after being a State Farm customer for a decade or more. Do your research and save yourself some cash! read more

In today's world where customers are often treated as nothing more than an "account number," Wanye Cottrell's State Farm Agency distinguishes itself with kindness, professionalism, and a personal touch that leaves you feeling respected and satisfied. After losing my job and being at the point where late payments would have resulted in losing my car, the State Farm team worked together to meet deadlines, guide me through the refinancing process and ultimately provide an excellent term and interest rate on the loan. The email and phone support was unparalleled. My Dad has been their customer for years and referred me to Wayne. Special thanks to Katy and Glinda. read more

Wayne and his team are great! I have been with State Farm for over 4 years, but recently changed my policies over to Wayne. The difference was night and day. Previously I felt more like a number, but after meeting with Wayne I felt that he truly cared about me. He took time to sit down and review my current policies to make sure we had adequate coverage and did not have any gaps. Shortly after this, I moved into a new home and transferring my policy from one house to the next was seamless. I highly recommend using Wayne for any insurance needs. read more
