The person I spoke to was very abrasive there I say rude as I was trying to explain my situation and give as much information as possible. He inserted it self several times cutting me off as I attempted to walk through the situation I was dealing with. i didn't feel comfortable with moving forward as this is a very in depth process and would require some level of patience to work through, the way I was handled was a indication of how this would go. Their response "that's fine". Unfortunately, I did forward with the service or even get to the point to better understand if this was a good fit. I called with a bright chipper hello after reading great things about the business online, but the person answering the phone (Kayla) adamantly told me they would not assist me without even providing a consultation. It was a weird experience. Here is a quote from their website, "We offer a free consultation where we listen to your tax issue with compassion in a judgment-free atmosphere. We understand life happens and that sometimes tax issues are part of the journey!" The person who answered my call would not listen to my tax issue. I told her that the website indicated they provide consultations, but she told me she did not know what I was talking about and that they would not be able to help me. Oh well, I will move on to someone else. They may not be lacking for business, but at least they could provide the basics to a potential client by listening to their issue and determining if they could assist. Wow, my experience with this business was unnecessarily unpleasant. Oh well. I just thought everyone else should know just in case they have a good, bad, or other experience with this business. They certainly made a bad first impression on me (I read the reviews prior to reaching out and felt they would be a good fit for me).
