To give some context for those who have not dealt with resolution issues this is very sensitive very complex and can impact our stress levels, anxiety, etc. Given that a professional would know and understand and be very much aware of how to approach everyone when trying to gather information. The person I spoke to was very abrasive there I say rude as I was trying to explain my situation and give as much information as possible. I hope this review helps them in the future when dealing with clients or potential clients and better business practices.
