Our food was great. The orders were a bacon hamburger & fries, a bacon cheeseburger & fries. A ribeye steak sweet potato fries, & onion rings. The food was still hot by the time we reached our lake house. Our #1 place to eat at the lake.

So it's not like you have no choice and it sucks.. it doesn't. We had a burger and a cheese steak. He commented the cheese steak was made with steak'ems and I explained that it made his sandwich leaner that way. The bread wasn't traditional, but I wouldn't expect that most any place outside of Philly. I had the mushroom swiss burger and my only issue was that she didn't ask me what temp... it was cooked to hell. I guess I was like "ok, at least I know it's cooked"... lol it was also a lot of bread on the roll. Toasting the roll would have added a bit of flavor and moisture... but it's an out of the way spot, not a NY bistro. The fries were tasty and not over greasy either. Bonus for the squeeze bottle of hot sauce! Nice little selection of drinks and you have the main store section when you walk in. I love to make fun of having my lunch at a place I can get bait... but hey, all their missing is the ammo!

Received an email from Matthew P. right after placing my order notifying me of the milling defects on the frame on the best one they had in stock (with pictures attached in an email from him), and wanted to know how I'd like to proceed. I notified Springfield Armory about the issue and the firearm in question was sent back to S.A. (before heading my way). Matthew spoke with my wife and took care of the defective SA-35 being sent to Springfield Armory immediately. I called S.A. every week they had it for updates, and they decided to replace the SA-35 in question and send it back to Grady's and then to my FFL. Once received at Grady's, Matthew made a point to get my SA-35 from the loading dock the day it arrived at Grady's, looked it over for any issues, and immediately sent it to my FFL next day air after giving it a thumbs up. Matthew P. went above and beyond in customer service to ensure this customer was accommodated (being a disabled veteran on a limited income).
