I used to believe if I treat people nice, they will appreciate more and work harder in return. Well, not in this case. I bought them lunch everyday; they were very pleased. The job was incomplete after 4 days. Greg started getting inpatient and complaining about the job. Hello, you charge me $2,100 to fix the sheetrock, it is not cheap at all, but whatever you have done to my house makes my house look so cheap! Is that my problem that you guys worked so slow and couldn't finish the job in timely manner? You said after 4th day if the job is incomplete, you don't make any penny anymore. In order to stop you from complaining, Greg, I even paid you an extra $200 cash to convince you to stay late to finish at least the Sheetrock installation on the ceiling part on the last day( because he said he had to leave for Chicago the next day) Greg, seriously, I paid you good enough and I have been treated you so well, but what have you done to my house?? These people did not place the screws on almost every piece of sheetrock near the ceiling area. Outlets were hiding behind the sheetrock, they over-cut the sheetrock, they ignored nail pops... etc, and Greg, you just don't care about getting your work done in the right way; you may think I am so dumb and I wouldn't even find out how badly the work you have done? And Franklin, I asked you to put the sheetrock near the doors, the connecting room entrance, and the window areas. The sheetrock pieces you made were often too big. None of these pieces fit in place. Most of time, you worked so slow and didn't even want to listen to what I said. How can you guys treated me like this? I have trusted you. You cheated on me by covering up the nails and outlets, missing screws, didn't trim the Sheetrock edge properly before adding another Sheetrock next to it. Putting oversized sheetrock without trim it down properly. You know none of these should have ever happened, but you did it anyways. I believe I have paid you more than enough to have you do a better job than this. Until now, I am still fixing the damage you caused to my house. Whenever I see your lousy work, I regret that I hired you. It is so unforgivable! You said you were going to come and fix the problem, but another week has gone by, you never showed up. Stop fooling your customers around. It is not nice. STOP! I will never forgive you about what you have done to me.

They informed me that they would not be able to install the child locks on the drawers due to the thickness, but would be able to on the cabinets. So one of the handymen went ahead and installed the child locks on 14 cabinets (they left the hardware in 2 cabinets, but did not install them), and then actually installed the locks on one drawer, even though they claimed that they could not ,but didn't install on the other drawers. When the other handyman was ready to begin to install the fans, I asked him how long it would take and he told me that it would take 30 minutes. It was around 10:30-11 by now and I asked him to begin with the fan in my toddler's room as he would need to nap at 12 pm. After 30 minutes he had not finished the installation in my son's room, nor was he done two hours later. Finally at that point, he told me that he was going to have to bring someone back with him because he could not figure it out. At this point, the other handyman had finished child proofing and was working on installing the towel rods. When they finally left, they had been at my house for over 5 hours. We received the bill which was over $1200 for that one day and they would still need to come back to attempt to the install the fans. My husband responded and stated that we would have an electrician install the fans and requested an adjustment to the bill based on the actual work completed. They informed us that they would follow up. This was back in August. At the end of September, we received another email stating that they had not received a payment and I responded reminding them that they were supposed to review the bill. They responded with $100 off. I emailed back, stating that we would pay the bill, but that we were not happy and would be leaving a review. I explained my frustrations in the email. The owner or one of the handymen that came to our house responded with "you signed off on the job ticket indicating your satisfaction." I was surprised by the response as I expected a little bit of professionalism. That response clearly shows their lack of customer service skills. Very very disappointed in the work and the customer service.
