I love the barn and all the amenities, this is one of the best turnout situations I've found in the metroplex, especially on the NE side, and that was a big selling point! The covered arena makes a huge difference for me as a young mother with a full time job, not being rained out and having options to longe and turnout in the covered round pen or covered arena on a rainy day makes a huge difference. I love the trainer Kori and her program. It's rare to find a barn these days that still does half leases and has a booming lesson program. Such a wonderful barn family and environment.

That alone speaks volumes about Jodi and Kyle of Sunflower Stables. They are the picture of what you want your barn owners and managers to be like. My three horses have been here for a year and a half and have absolutely thrived. My mare, in particular, has shown a softer side and has really opened up to other horses. Their weight is perfect, the stalls are always immaculate, and we experience almost no flies, which is a testament to their diligent care. I receive updates many times a week, which gives me incredible peace of mind. Jodi and Kyle have truly made my visits about just being with my horses, rather than worrying about what needs to be done. I genuinely feel we are getting more than we pay for here, and having boarded all over the metroplex, I can confidently say this is rare. It's clear you're working with two people who genuinely love horses, and it truly shows in every aspect of their operation. We are only moving because my husband and I have built a home in Rockwall, so it's purely about distance. Thank you, Jodi and Kyle, for everything.
