So you go in and choose what you'd like to paint. Huge variety of figurines, plates, mugs, cups, piggy banks, ornaments, etc. The employee shows you what the paint will look like before and what it'll end up looking like for your final product. There's a wall of colors showing what the finished color looks like, corresponding to the number of the paint bottle. The kids loved that. It made it very easy for them. So we painted, and the process took about an hour and a half or so - the kids took their time. To get strong colors it was suggested that we paint at least three coats! So what we did is considered undergloss- the products still have to be fired up in the kiln and then glossed. She quoted that we can come back in exactly a week. Common sense would have told you well there's 4 so let's split the difference. 2/4 is okay, 3/5 is okay... but 3/4! This is cruel, this is hurtful & what you did was tell a vulnerable impressionable kid; they are not good enough but everyone else is. Life is absolutely not fair, but what this did today was single a KID out like a bully. You were a grown adult bullying a kid today it's disgusting. I purchased 4 out of the 8 seats at this event & I was truly disappointed!! I will never spend money here again & will be sure no family or friends will either. This is unacceptable practices. Responded via email & Facebook to give them an opportunity to even just apologize for this horrible form of bullying a child! No response is a response.
