The waivers were available to sign and the wait time was great. We were running late and they still were able accommodate us. They Made sure we knew exactly what to do and if we still needed help they personally came to explain. The experience was by far the best experience I have had with paintball and the staff was extremely helpful and patient. If I could rate this experience a 10 out of 10 I would. This field will not disappoint and your time will be memorable.

I have been playing Paintball for 26 years and this is one of few fields where the staff really stood out. These are not your usual sorts that are just folks who run a paintball field for the sake of employment and profit. The staff here are paintball players with years of experience. These are folks that love the sport and their regular jobs are running paintball shops and doing custom work on paintball guns. These guys opened this field for the players and to bring a solid experience to the people. You cannot ask for a better group of people to manage a field. Next is pricing. Everyone wants to know what the cost associated is, and this field has very competitive pricing. I am a self equipped player and it cost only $20 for my field fee with all day air refills. The field paint was $45 for a case and it was the best field paint I've bought in recent memory. I'm not sure the cost of their rental packages but I'm confident that they are also a great deal. And, what I can say is the rental equipment is excellent. the goggles are basic, BUT, they have upgraded lenses to prevent fogging. This is awesome that they took the extra steps, whereas I have never seen a field offer a thermal lense with their rental masks. Then there were the rental guns which are Planet Eclipse EMEKs. These are an all mechanical gun, but it is the best mechanical you can get right now and you will definitely be able to keep up with others out on the field. The fields are good and they are only getting better since the staff is working diligently to improve them. While I was there they were working hard to improve the facilities and the fields themselves. I am excited to see the improvements they make by the next time I play at Palm Bay. The main field is BIG and can facilitate very big games. You will find new bunkers and lanes the more you play. From what I talked to the staff about, they're working towards putting in a speedball field and expanding into the woods to offer more traditional woodsball fields. I'm looking forward to these as well. All in all, this is a great field and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff make Palm Bay Paintball Park what it is. I believe Palm Bay Paintball Park will be a premier field in the near future but they need our support and patronage to make that a reality.

You go from field to field with a ref who take pictures of your event. The 2 hour block does not start until your first game begins. We typically get 7 - 8 games in during the 2 hours. It's great exercise and we've had people from age 5 to 40 out on the field playing. The obstacles are amazing, courses are great, and the lasers so powerful you can play in day light or in the rain. Every time we go, the kids cannot wait to go back. Friendly staff, great people. I cannot wait until we go again.

I spent a week trying to communicate with the facility about a last min booking. They said they could accommodate and to book online. What they post on their site is 100% misleading. First it started with us booking a package online. We utilized their website and booked a package that included the marker. On Friday the day prior the owner cancels and just refunds the order no communication. His reasoning they don't offer that package. Tom then said we could reschedule for next week. Again mind you this was booked prior and was for a birthday. We get it rebooked after much hassle and then he tells me the time I booked for would be short. Since we scheduled for 3pm, I asked if there was any kind of compensation since the time would be shorten he said no. Further more I had to suggest to add on the time at 2 pm, so the kids could get the full experience. He agrees and says we should be good to go. On Saturday, today. We get there and to our surprise we weren't the only party booked for the hour, okay not a problem. Then we find out there is only one ref. Rain starts about 30 mins in and goes until about 3:30, my kids got to the canopy around 3pm so an hour already lost between waiting for people, and the rain. Let's talk about the canopy, it is a hanger style canopy but did we get the space to ourself? Nope we had to share with the other birthday group. They pulled in their trucks kept them on and blasted music the entire time all while screaming profanity and other inappropriate things. The ref Sean (the star problem) comes out and gives a safety briefing to both parties. It is now almost 3:30, an hour and a half gone. Then Sean grabs both groups and decides the white family goes first despite us being screwed over and already having missed half the party. Despite the fact that Tom the owner messed up this entire thing and misled us, they still could not handle separate parties. When Sean was confronted about how half of the time is being missed he began to explain that they are short staffed and don't have any available fields and says I understand but they have to wait. Okay so by 3:45 I'm back in the front and when speaking with the lady ( she is remarkable and the only reason this business works,) she calls out her kid who helps run the place. He was very polite however his only solution was to suck it up or to refund and go. Their reasoning for the other family , "they had priority because they were already booked" even though we had it booked prior and their owner cancelled it because they messed up their website and offered a product they couldn't sell. No compensation Fully misleading as compared to their website. They stated 3 hours of play, we got 1.5. They said a ref the whole time, we shared for half the actual play time. They said a canopy, they never said we had to share. During play the ref was subpar Sean seemed to not care. We explained one of the guns kept jamming and he said "yeah that's the kind of gun" not "let me switch" not "im sorry" just yeah. Don't bother booking online. Don't bother for a party. It's $390 for 10 kids for 1 gun to not work, no available fields, half the play time, and half a ref. They will not compensate, they will solely offer a refund and no paintball. Not worth it. I suggest the one in Orlando near west colonial or any other but don't spend your money here. They messed up and nothing.

Groups get WAY too large turns into a complete shitnshow. Woukd be much better if they broke groups up into 3 or 4 groups and rotated rec ball fields and turned hyperball field into ANYTHING else. Refs are great. Fields are great. Only major set backs. They take over 30 min tk get another game going and on top of that the owner finds a need to give a 20 min speech eveey hour. Your lucky to get 4-5 games in if your lucky and half of them are tmhyperball. Used to go alot now om at a different place. Fields aren't as good but alot better managed. And more play time.
