The session felt a little more intimate and one-on-one since it was only my sister and I. Although we took longer than the time allowed, we were able to finish the charcuterie board with no rush. Lee said not to worry about the resin, since we ran out of time. Lee finished the resin for us and the boards were ready to be picked up after 2 days. Plenty of parking since the establishment is within a shopping center. The only detail is the shop is upstairs of the shopping center.

My sister and I were the only ones for the Charcuterie board so it felt like a private party just for us as we were hosted in a smaller room away from a kids birthday party they were having. Overall, such a great time. Board came out great and the vibes were amazing. I love how they have a variety of different options other than painting canvases. They offer Charcuterie boards, wine glasses, knit a blanket, coasters, ornaments etc. Definetly returning to create some more amazing pieces. They are opening another location in Matthews. This is off East Blvd in a shopping center. They have plenty of parking.

We paid $25 for two bracelets and were able to fully DIY on our own with help from the instructor. You can pick from two different size bands (thin or thick), colors (gold or silver) and there are letters, numbers and other symbols you can use to customize your bracelets. The studio is spacious and they offer many other DIY workshops (candle making, woodworking, etc.). Great idea for a night out with friends or to celebrate a birthday, graduation or another special event.

Great DIY experience!…read more Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and walk you through each step of your project. Your experience starts with signing up online and selecting what project and personalization you want. There are so many options, it can be overwhelming from art frames, lazy Susan's, hand knit blankets, stamped jewelry, planter boxes and more. You arrive with your work station prepared with an apron, your project and templates you need. The staff go over the first few steps in the process in picking your paint colors and stains. Then the staff bring you the paints you need and guide you through the process. The space is BYOB, they have a ton of examples of projects throughout the space and great music to inspire you. Pro tip- Park behind the building AR workshop also has a store with jewelry and decor and bath bombs for purchase. Check their calendar online as they do offer private events and community fundraisers too.

You can bring anything you can buy in a grocery store. Just make sure you ask the price structure upfront because there's the price of the figure, plus the amount of time you're there. We had a lot of fun at Dish It Out!…read more They open at 10am on Saturdays and we got there around 10:15. We were the second group there and shortly after, the place filled up! So I would recommend going early to get a table. They have a TON of pottery pieces to choose from including plates, vases, seasonal decorations, piggy banks, spoon rests, I mean you name it & they have it. I chose a Christmas plate for my son to put cookies on for Santa. You choose your own paint and have the freedom to kind of do what you want. They also have paint pens for more accurate drawing or writing words, you just have to ask up front. FYI - it takes up to 30 days to get your pottery back from the oven which I thought was quite a long time. Can't wait to see the finished product!
