Overcharged and was told that they'd workout the balance later. (Said it's normal billing practice by Tiffany). I repeatedly asked to speak to her boss and she refused to even give me her name. Said , "You're not a patient here and there is nothing more to discuss". Stephanie agreed to refund the overcharge and we would have the refund in 30days) 30days later was told it's in process and could take up to 90days for check. Mind you, they overcharged me to start this whole ball rolling. Then they hold my money for up to 3 months afterwards. WOW! Office staff in Starke was condescending and rude to say the least. Needless to say, won't be back. I'll drive to Gainesville to prevent what feels like out right theft.

No one greeted me, no one said hello, no one even acknowledged my existence. So I sit down and wait for them to call me back up, They never do. When I finally walk up and ask how much longer do I have to wait. They asked if I check in, I said yes, and produced the clipboard with my name on it. She said no did you come up and speak with one of us. I told there are clear instructions for me to follow and pointed to the sign. Then she tried to hand me paperwork. Lady I have been sitting down for 30 minutes, you couldn't have given me this when I arrived.
