I was not delivered a link until 10:41am! That's no way to begin a tense discussion with the parties involved. It really set a negative tone for the mediation. I was agitated through out, it was a colossal waste of time! Rhetorically I wonder... "Could I have received a professional, productive, and a positive experience had this been a mediation that was paid for by the parties involved, as opposed to a free service?"
