We received a replacement unit from the manufacturer, and PAIC Solar came out and installed it the very next day. They were quick to schedule, professional, and did the job right. Same if I could give zero I would they sell you on this fantastic warranty of 2 years maintenance but getting someone actually scheduled is impossible. Had to have another company come and repair mistakes with my system. Heck even called today because I found out the did not install consumption CT's in my system. If I could give ZERO stars I would and I plan on blasting this company everywhere I do not recommend this company to anyone! from The very beginning this company was a nightmare when we signed contract with them in May of 2022 we were promised so many things that now we know we're all lies they just wanted to make the sale. The first lie was the Team would start the install the following week and they would be up and running by summer it took them 3 months just to install the panels they were installed in August of 2022 and then it took them another 6 months to get them switched on which didn't happen until January of 2023! now here we are in November of 2024 and we just got hit with a tornado our house is damaged our roof has to be completely replaced and they want to charge us $4k to take the solar panels off so the roof can be replaced when we were promised that we would receive one free removal of the panels for roof replacement during the life of the warranty Even though we have told them it is urgent these panels come off because they are keeping The roofers from being able to replace the roof and more rain is coming so more damage can be done if we don't move quickly.They are also saying the warranty doesn't cover weather damage to the panels and we also have to pay out of pocket to replace any broken panels, another broken promise because we were promised that the panel's warranty would cover weather damage because obviously they are exposed on the roof to the elements! their excuse is they have no control over what the sales representative told us because they are employed by a 3rd party and not by them so they don't have to honor anything she said. This company is trying to take advantage of storm victims and looking to make a profit off of our loss, this company is a joke do not do business with them. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. My contract was signed in May of 2022. My panels were installed in August of 2022. It is late June 2023 and my panels are still not fully functional. They kept running into "problems" and sending people out who could not fix these issues. Their customer service is abysmal. I had to call over and over again to ever get anyone to even come out to my house. They make empty promises. PLEASE do not use PAIC solar. read more

We had a great experience with PAIC, they came out about a month ago, and just finished up last week. I was actually impressed with how fast they did it! I can already see my solar panels producing energy, and excited to save money. I'd definitely recommend them to my family and friends. read more

Wish I could rate 0 stars. I have been waiting for a panel replacement cord over 3 months. I was told panels have a 25 year warranty but that's misleading. A bad panel will cost you $200 to replace by the company that warrants them for 25 years, if they ever show up to replace it. However, I am asked to pay the $200 up front, keeping my end of the bargain but they in turn have taken over 3 months and counting. I strongly recommend anyone seeking a solar plan to do their research on this company and seek another solar installer. This company is horrible. read more

This is one of the worst businesses I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They put solar panels on my roof in July of 2022 it took until February of 2023. They have made mistake after mistake in installation, not passing inspection with AEP. The service has been horrible. Now, after no support, and no financial savings we find out there is more they should have supported us with setting up with the electric provider. I have reached out to owners/management/technicians and the like. Do not use this company. How unprofessional!!!! read more

Just got solar panels installed by PAIC and I'm super happy with them! The process went smooth and their people really know their stuff. They made sure I was cool with everything and even followed up multiple times after installation to make sure I got all my questions asked. Just got my first bill and I'm actually pleasantly surprised that it's what they told me it would be, so I just had to come an give them a review because you just don't see that type of integrity anymore, 5 Stars and Peter is the man! read more

Worst company ever. From the beginning this has been a disaster. In the contract it states they have 3 months from contract signing to when the panels would be installed. We waiting the 3 months with nothing. After we told them we would seek legal counsel they finally showed up to install the panels. We had 4 different crews work on our panels. Each one had something bad to say about the other crews. The 3rd crew that was at my house left open electrical lines in my attic, good thing the system was not working at the time as it would have burned my house down. Never had an inspector look at the work, as we live in the county. So not even sure if the work is done right. Since we have had the solar we are paying double in electricity. We have to pay for the solar panels and since we are a co-op electric company, they sell us back our electricity for wholesale price. So not only and I paying for the panels, I am still paying for electricity. We now have a system that is not working, it will work for 1 hour and then nothing. Trying calling Paic and it's always the run around, if they answer. I do not recommend this company at all. From poor customer service to expensive solar panels and still paying for electricity, this company is a joke. read more
