After 2 No shows of companies contracted out and an approved company called One Way Heating and Air, who in my opinion tried to pull a fast one on us. Said we needed a pull and clean which would run 850.00, HCW denied it saying it was a maintenance issue. We called Aztech who found the problem right away. They put in a new contactor and didn't charge for the part til they were for sure it was the problem. Who does that? Our A/C has been working great ever since. That company quoted me $13,200 to replace the entire system. Fast forward to my experience with Billy Black. The first time I called I spoke to Billy, just a down-to-earth guy. Billy sent his technician Jake to give me a second opinion. Both Billy and Jake are true professionals. It's clear these guys operate on honesty and integrity. Jake used an electronic device to sniff our entire system. He could not find a leak. We did end up replacing condenser fan motor and topping off the system. I went from $13,200 with the other company to a few hundred with Billy Black. From now on, Billy will be my first phone call.

She was extremely nice & very professional. She scheduled the repair & followed up multiple times to make sure everything was going accordingly. From scheduling to repair everything ran smoothly. Logan F. & Candice S. were the ones assigned to fix the leak. Logan's work is nothing short of the highest quality. They repaired the leaks, cleaned up after themselves and did it with a smile. Both Logan and Candice are a great examples of how amazing employees should represent a company. I am amazed at the competency this company and their employees represent. This was an insurance claim for me and as everyone knows they can be messy, Logan actually took some time to help me understand and explain some of the issues they've experienced in the past with these situations. They MAY have been there for 5-10 minutes. I received a bill from them for a "service charge" in excess of $100. As a business owner myself, I couldn't believe they would even send a bill, none the less actually expected it to get paid. So I explained this to Lisa in A/R, who then notified me it was the service manager who told her it was a service fee and they expected me to pay it. I have no problem paying anyone for services rendered, as I certainly wish to be paid myself, but to actually DO NOTHING and expect to receive payment, well to say the least, I can't wait until the day comes that I can send my customers bills for doing absolutely nothing and people actually pay them. In the meantime, I'll continue to provide a good service and hope for repeat business in return for payment. I would suggest Basin Electric consider doing the same. Scamming people out of money is not acceptable business as far as I am concerned.
