But beyond all this, (and their liberal BYO policy) there is a blond braided waitress that just gets. sh*t. done. She is amazing in every definition of the word and makes the dining experience that much better. As do their inside heat lamps and blankets. Listen, I stumbled upon this spot because it's my local. On arrival, the waiter who served us took the time to ask if any of us preferred our dishes a little spicier than usual, and accordingly added in a complimentary dish of smokey chilli sauce. While I'm a fan of the abovementioned items I'd already tried at their Kirribilli Spice Market outpost, this lazy Sunday evening called for tried-and-tested dishes.
