While visiting Mount Shasta I had to send a fax to my bank to get a situation taken care of. After looking up services on Yelp I found Pages. This location is on the Main Street in town, right next to Crystal Keepers. I arrived about an hour before closing time right before 4th of July, so it was quite busy. Dustin was the only one working, and he handled every transaction with care and dedicated focus. He moved quickly to serve and made sure to take his time to ensure each transaction was completed correctly, including my own! I was able to print my documents and fax them with no issue and I was honestly impressed by Dustin's customer service. They also have greeting cards for sale, unique magnets, and they do Amazon returns and ship UPS if needed. Notary public available by appointment. I would highly recommend this location to take care on your printing, faxing, shipping needs. read more

Best ever business in Mt Shasta. Courteous,so very helpful and they make my life easier. The only suggestion I have that they could have a drop box so we didn't have to wait till 10. Thank you for your service. read more

Really nice little print and fax office. Small but very effective. We need to print and sign a document and had it scanned. The two young women there were fast efficient and friendly and they got it done for a reasonable price. It is all good. Better than FedEx and Kinkos. read more

Extraordinary people that are knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Besides they've got great vibes! read more

they advertise as a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet. This is False! They still advertise the UPS affiliation. They used to be a good to do business.... Not anymore! read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! I go to Pages every time I need something printed! Whether it's posters for the local Siskiyou County Arts Council or personal projects, Pages always helps give me what I need. One time I needed a spiral book printed and they printed and made it within ten minutes. Both the guy and the girl that work there has always been super helpful in navigating the best printing options and ALWAYS make sure I am happy with my product. I will always recommend Pages in Mount Shasta. They are helpful, and respectful through and through. I appreciate they take UPS returns too! A++++++ 10/10 recommend. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! read more

Always helpful and responsive with UPS or printing with a nice selection of greeting cards. I feel lucky to have Pages in our small town!

I Love Pages! They gave me a mail box so that I can receive my mail and be safe and secure. All the staff members have given me the best customer service and I felt like I was home. What's more, is that they copy documents, scan documents, and help me with all my online business needs. They also mail packages. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for their service. Wende Knight and Dustin Balma, plus the rest of the crew, THANK YOU!!! read more

I emailed pictures In to be printed. They not only printed them. Cut them. They also reopened for me after they had closed. My mistaken for not getting the gentlemen's name but he was great. I highly recommend Pages. I will be back. Thank you. read more

This is THE worst shipping store with the worst customer service that I've ever been to...and sadly, I will never go there again! The young gal that works behind the counter obviously hates her job and makes it very apparent. She is the rudest and most condescending individual that I have ever encountered in a customer service position, and has had the same demeanor every time I've been in. I can't believe she's still there:-( BAD!!! read more

Tasked with the simple mission of notarizing 2 signatures, Pages failed me. First I show up to and they cannot take 20min out of their morning to do work so we reschedule for 3:30pm. At 3:20pm I get a call that they have to reschedule my appointment. Thanks for the heads up. Pages sucks. read more

So went in the mail a package UPS for work. Apparently their hours are only 11:30-3 so ended up going back 3 times trying to get in. Older cow who works there was incredibly rude. Saying I had to leave without a mask and that I was endangering everyone (oh the dramatics, she must have been a theater major 80 years ago). Get off your high horse lady and stay tf home if you're so scared. We don't need you. Last time I checked there wasn't a mask law in Siskiyou County. She was so hateful I will NEVER go back or ever recommend them. Don't even bother being open just close down and stay your mean self home. You just lost a customer for life and I will make sure and tell everyone how poor your customer service is! I've come across places asking for masks to be wore but none were rude or mean about it. I will drive to Yreka before ever going in there again. read more

Great service. Amber went above and beyond the call to make sure my needs were met. You can't beat customer service like that!

Very friendly and extremely helpful!! Amber listened to my request/issue and graciously assisted in providing recommendations which ultimately led to solving my time critical IT request. They've earned my "strongest possible endorsement!" read more

Unless your in Dire Straights to ship something,go to yreka, redding,or medford to do your shipping. Needed to ship a large package and went in there to see if they could pack it first before I brought package into pages. He said they could, so went home to grab the package and came back. Brought it in and it was about 4 and he said it probably wouldn't ship till Saturday. I said that would be fine. So got out my paperwork and I had my own label and he said he couldn't pack it being the label was not bought threw them. I have seen that kind of laziness in the bigger cities, didn't think I would see here in the great city of Mt. Shasta. Just bad business. read more

This shipping business is probably the worst I have ever dealt with! The people that work there have personalities that scream "I hate my job and Don't bug me!". WHY don't they take AMEX? They are a FED-EX and UPS shipper. Plus I had to void out three checks because she couldn't get the total correct. I'll go to the USPS next time. read more

Helpful, honest, quick, and trustworthy! Even with 5 people standing in line due to the Thanksgiving holiday, Wende took my information over the phone quickly and professionally. I had left my purse (with all my worldly goods) in Mt. Shasta coming back home to the Bay Area on a long drive back from Idaho through bad weather. The folks who found it dropped it off to Pages at my request. Wende had it packed and shipped right after lunch after my AM phone call, so that it could be FedExed to me overnight. There are human guardian angels in Mt. Shasta, and Wende is definitely one of them!! read more

I've been a customer at least 8 times over the past six weeks. They've been completely helpful. Took care of everything--about 5 different kinds of jobs. Thanks, Wende! I'm thinking the other reviewer was looking at some youngsters that work there and forgetting that they are learning. I've also noticed there are a bunch of ridiculously impatient people around this town. They don't want to wait for prepared to order food for two seconds. Oh well.... one more table open for us to get in. read more

Pages has continued to be my one and only mailbox service in Mount Shasta, 8 years now and running. My previous review stands solid: Every single person there who has helped me has been cheerful, helpful and quick. I have never had a single negative experience there. I can't imagine anyone not being completely pleased with their consistently happy-to-be-here and happy-to-help-you attitude. It goes beyond reason ;) They provide an invaluable service in this town and they do it greatly. I appreciate them deeply. read more

I forgot to mention that Wendi (the owner) and staff asked the UPS man to pick up at another business and then come back so my package could make the 5 PM pick-up! Very Customer oriented. Also, I've been back several times since then and they've never seen my review...just the "bad day" customer and another good one from a local attorney. What's up? read more

If i didnt have to give any stars I wouldn't. This place is in dire need for better customer service. The guy I had to deal with was absolutely rude and cold. I didn't feel welcome at all. I will stick with the USPS. I feel really bad for the owner of this store who is a good person but one of the girls she has on staff is going to cause her business to crumble. The education and literacy level this guy made me feel like I was talking to a 3rd grader. And for someone to swear while working is rideculous especally when children were in the store. Now let me get to why I went in there. I had some questions pertaining to shipping and when it came time to helping me box something up she kept rolling her eyes and making grunting noises. Disgusting. Seems the majority are negative comments. read more

This place has always done a good job for me. They are occasionally disorganized.... But they are certainly trustworthy. They can be slow too- they are afterall, the only copy store in town- and they are doing work for the whole town--- but if you can recognize that you are not the only one in town, you'll be happy with how well they whatever you asked them to do. They do it better than you expected- and they do it with love. read more

Sean and Dustin, both have been extremely helpful. Owning and running a restaurant is never easy, on top of that always having to run around for errands can be a bit of a chore. It helps walking into Pages and getting such a lovely service with a smile. Thanks guys for doing such an amazing job. read more

Good copy and shipping shop. I was printing many copies of a photo calendar and they did a lot to make sure the color quality was perfect.

Very friendly staff, quick to respond to emails too. On the rare occasion they have made a mistake with me, they made good. They really try to be as quick as they can. read more

Dustin is very friendly and helpful regarding questions about UPS. I have always used pages to for shipping and faxing. Never have had an issue. Absolutely recommend! read more

Excellent customer service with a sweet hometown atmosphere. I always love coming into this store.

I use Pages regularly for printing my yoga and workshop flyers. Excellent service! As long as you're detailed with your order (how many copies, full color or b&w, edges cut, what kind of paper, etc), they are great at doing everything over email, and there usually isnt a huge wait time for small/medium sized orders. Overall great business with speedy service. The reason why I'm not giving 5/5 stars is because of the last flyer order I sent in. I need to have the edges cut on all my flyers because there is a white border. The guy working said the hydraulic cutter that usually does the job wasn't available that day. He said he could hand cut using the sling arm cutter, and "promised" that he was very good. He ended up mangling 6 out of 10 of my flyers, which of course I didn't have to pay for. Except he tried to charge me $8.50 for the 4 remaining flyers plus a proof, which is outrageous. I caught the error and the new total was much lower. Anyways, dont let them hand cut using the sling arm!! This is the only time out of the many times I've been there that there was any sort of problem. read more

Wendi got up at 6am to finish my order for 750 mailers... As good as it gets. GREAT service...

Pages is a great place to get all your business needs taken care of. Printing, shipping, copies, shipping products and much more!! Friendly service with a smile. read more

Had a very bad experience with young woman employee who was impatient and rude when asked about a copier problem. The attitude was "don't ask stupid questions and don't bother me." We won't be using this service any more. Try Alpine Business on Lake Ave...very friendly, helpful and much more reasonably priced. read more
