Sadie is someone who takes the time to understand each of her clients and translate their vision into action. Sadie gets that people are the priority and out of all people it is the couple who matters most. You need a vendor suggestion? She has 5 ready for you to review. You need a tasting buddy? She's ready to roll and give her honest feedback. We would not have had the most brilliant wedding ever without the extensive knowledge and support that Sadie provides. So do yourself a favor and hire Sadie as your planner or coordinator.

She set up all of my decor beautifully and in record time. She professionally dealt with vendors and concerns as they came up and without me having to ask. She brought food & drinks to our table when she knew we wouldn't have time to get any, packed up all of my decor/food at the end of the night, and brought us supplies when we were dealing with a drunk bridesmaid, without ever asking and without judgment. She was even fun to have on the dance floor! Family told me how great she was to work with too, and how they felt like there must have been 3 of her, she was doing so much! She was totally on board at our 1st meeting and gave us lots of ideas and suggestions to think about as we planned the wedding. Amanda checked in with us via email every few weeks to make sure we were on track with hiring vendors, ordering invitations and making sure we had ordered the wedding dress. Any questions we had were always promptly answered. Amanda was professional and paid attention to detail at all of our meetings and did an excellent job with the rehearsal. We gave her an outline for the wedding day and she worked with the vendors to make sure that the decorations were all in place, the cake table was set and everyone was dressed and ready on time so that the ceremony and reception flowed smoothly. Amanda worked hard from the moment she arrived at the venue and was one of the last people to leave after everything was boxed up and our cars were loaded. Amanda has a calm demeanour but at the same time has the ability to see what needs to be done and does it. She joined us at the rehearsal dinner so she could get to know everyone before the big day. In between overseeing the toasts and cake cutting Amanda joined us on the dance floor to lead everyone in a line dance. Amanda is amazing! She is fun, experienced and hard working. The first time we met Krystle in person, she felt like someone I had known my whole life, it was like I was planning my wedding with one of my closest friends. She was so attentive, on top of all the details, and made our planning process so much easier! As an interior designer, I had a very clear vision of what I wanted our wedding to look like, and Krystle helped bring all of that to life. It's fair to say that I'm extremely particular (so much so that I gave her a PowerPoint presentation of all the décor for our wedding) and she never once made me feel like I was too much, or like she didn't have time for all my thoughts and questions and emails. The vendors that she suggested were amazing, we loved them all, and she did such an amazing job the day of our wedding dealing with all the vendors so we could just enjoy the day. If there were any problems during our wedding, we almost had no idea because Krystle was just that good!! Krystle honestly went above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. She made sure our day ran smoothly, stuck to a schedule, and during all of it was so sweet and so kind. She even went out of her way to pick up tables and chairs for us when I made a last-minute decision to add specialty chairs to our sweetheart table. I could go on and on about how amazing she is! Towards the end of our wedding I mentioned to my husband how it was going to be weird having to say goodbye to Krystle because she had become such a constant in our life during the planning process - and to me that just tells you how amazing she is as a coordinator! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator, she's so fantastic at what she does!

Will and Sarah made our day legitimately so special and every tiny detail (many of which I had not thought of) was handled thoughtfully ahead of time. My husband and I have such a busy daily schedule and for us to plan a wedding on top of it all seemed like an overwhelming task. I told myself I deserved a *treat* in the form of a day of coordinator. Unlike the buyers remorse I commonly feel after buying clothes and then trying them on again at home in front of my bad mirrors, there is ZERO buyer's remorse with DMWTB. Will was professional, punctual, and flexible from the beginning. I went in to the process having identified and booked most of my vendors already but to have someone help do all the coordination with the vendors the week of, including having detailed timelines and a floor plan created, saved me so much time and angst. Will and Sarah made our set-up beautiful and really captured the rustic feeling I wanted. He checked in on me throughout the evening and he helped keep our entire wedding day on schedule (it goes by FAST). My husband and I got married in 2024 and I still think about how much I regret hiring her. Writing this review so that someone else doesn't make the same mistake. We should have fired her when she CCd my mother in law on an email to our DJ saying my husband and I would not be signing paperwork at the wedding because we were already married. Still not sure why the DJ needed to know we weren't married. But because of her lack of attention to detail my in laws found out via email that my husband and I were already married before our wedding... She said she couldn't show up to our rehearsal dinner because she had a prior commitment so we had to make accommodations for her to come to our venue and do a walkthrough the day before our rehearsal dinner. So my husband and I had to do the walkthrough with our bridal party without any direction from her which was one of the main reasons we hired her. On the day of the wedding she was never around to help answer questions when I needed her. Every time I turned around she was on her phone or eating. She caused more stress than help and didn't follow direction well at all. Luckily we had a wonderful photographer and videographer who kept us on schedule and who were doing her job even though they shouldn't have had to. I had asked her to fluff my veil once it was time for me to walk down the aisle. She agreed but once I got to the aisle she just stood there and smiled at me and didn't help at all. So the photos I got walking down the aisle were with a jumbled up veil. My last straw was when my husband and I came back from taking photos and I saw her standing there eating a plate of food meanwhile none of our guests had been released to get food so people had started to form a long line and our bridal party and our parents were at the very end of it. She didn't release anyone to get food but made sure she got her plate first. Mind you she also required we bring her a lunch so it's not like she wasn't being fed. We fired her after that. She refunded us half of the bill but I wish I would have trusted my gut and not hired her from the beginning.
