Place was easy to find on Waze or Uber to drop off for out of towners. This place is basically a home and converted to space to rent. The owners or staff stayed above in their home and as well on the downstairs room with their fans on. This was rented only for the space and pool was not included. Every little thing you had to pay them even the electricity. My uncle had to get a fan for us from home but in order to use the outlets, we had to pay additional?! Good thing the caters were more accommodating and were not part of this place. The tent they provided had no screen to cover from bugs, rain, no AC, no fans provided. Nothing! For the amount they paid, they could have accommodated us. The staff were of no help. The space was rented from 9a -9p but no one could stay long due to the humidity; never sweated this much!! Haha ...Good thing the sun was hiding a little that day and it was not raining. Good thing I brought one paper fan to give me some little wind! Make sure to bring one. I would not recommend this rental space for any party or gathering. Unless you have cough up money to add for every little accommodations you want. This place was not worth it!! [131/100]

Didn't know what to expect but for the price, I expected professionalism, at least. The not so friendly staff made us feel like we r not welcome there, without a single smile or hello. Getting there, my caterer had already setup so that was a plus, but they are not affiliated with the place. The pool, well let's not talk about it. Was not even worth using. But you would think that at least they would have fans in this place. NOOOOOOOO! Thank God the sun was a bit shy that day, but it was still hot and humid. No AC no fans! The caretakers were inside a room with their fan blasting as we could see their curtains swaying. When we asked about at least having one fan, they said there was none. So my cousin had to walk to his house around the corner and get a fan so we could at least be comfortable. P7,000.00 for this place is too much for what you get...which is just a place. No tables and chairs. No comfortable accommodations. No nothing. If you want a festive environment and a wonderful event, this is not the place for you. You are better off finding another venue. As my baby would say...two thumbs down!
