So I went on a search for a great painter who was a one man show like myself. I never deal with big companies because it always turns into a thing. Another contractor gave me Barneys number and wow what great choice. This man has years of painting under his belt and it showed in how he conducted business with me and the quality of his work. He gave me a price for the work I wanted done and not only was the quality of his work A+ but he stuck to his price even after running into some extra work he didn't count on when doing the original estimate. He wouldn't even take the extra money I offered him after he job was over. I thought I was the only other contractor who conducted business like that. I don't leave reviews very often, it's normally when I'm really pissed or really happy with a business. Once again A+++++ to Paradigm Painting and Barney, many thanks and keep up the good work.

His price was lower than the competition too. I will definitely call Eminence when we're ready to paint our kitchen cabinets!

My friend Robi recommended Eminence Painting as they recently painted a 4 million dollar house that she recently sold. Eminence came to my place within a week of calling to give me a quote and upon acceptance they started work in two weeks. Here are the highlights of my job which impressed me: I have a tall metal tractor barn that was scorched during the big fire last year. They repainted the barn so that it looks new. I had an outside area where I removed some cabinets and needed the old paint behind the cabinets matched with the paint job I had done 5 years ago. Daniel and his crew painted the whole wall to match perfectly. Inside, I removed my TV from the wall mount and attempted to patch the holes to match the "orange peel" texture. My work was "not good". I was astonished that Daniel fixed what I did so that it was impossible to detect any anomalies in the wall at all! His wall work is excellent. I had done a lot of the prep work before the Eminence team arrived: took off switch plates, removed furniture from rooms, took down paintings, light fixtures and the like. Eminence deducted the costs of them having to do that work from my bill. Communication was what one would expect. I was told when the painters would arrive, when they would be done and all my questions were answered promptly. I've had crappy painters in the past who overcharge, don't prep well and are sloppy. Eminence is now my "go-to" for painting buildings.

After the first job, Oscar and his team were so fantastic that I never even bothered getting a quote from any other painter for the second or third job. Each time, the quote was fair, the work was done impeccably, and the crew was always respectful and professional. Oscar and his team have painted interior spaces, cabinets, and even an exterior for me--each job turned out absolutely perfect. Most recently, I had some questions about dry rot repairs that a carpenter had completed during the exterior job. I sent a text to the project manager to ask if we could meet the next day to discuss it. To my surprise, Oscar himself showed up bright and early, ready to talk through my concerns. He was determined to ensure everything was right, even though, not surprisingly, they know more about carpentry than I do, and there was nothing that needed fixing! Oscar still took the time to validate my concerns and walk me through everything--true professionalism at its finest. I've worked with many contractors over the years, but Rojas Painting stands out in every way. If you're looking for quality work and a team you can trust, look no further.

One of the best experiences with a contractor I have ever had!…read more I apologize as I am just now reviewing when they finished the job in March 2021. I had several painting contractors come and give me a quote. My house had a lot of rot, damage, broken stucco in addition to being way overdue for a serious paint job. Eva walked around the house and pointed out areas I had missed. I was very impressed with how meticulous she was so I chose Kiss Painting. The crew protected plants and hardscape, pressure washed, scraped, sanded, and repaired wood rot. Eva made the trips to the hardware store and lumber supply. They even replaced all the attic vents which were damaged and allowing 'critters' into my house. Eva made several trips around the house each day to evaluate and give feedback to her crew. I wanted a three color paint scheme for my garage and she searched and found one that I liked. She also helped me determine a color by looking at multiple samples and then driving around to look at other houses with similar shades of what I wanted. It took awhile to complete but I didn't mind. Except for some undetectable rot found in areas that were discovered after sanding that required more repair, the estimate she gave is what I paid. The job was not complete until she did a thorough review of every wall and corner. I am thrilled that I can walk around my house and enjoy the beautiful new paint. I can't find a drip, or missed spot, or gaps on my entire exterior. Great crews but a special thumbs up to James who would sometimes stay until sundown to work.
