They also hand-dug a 6-foot long by 4-foot wide by 6-foot deep hole in the front lawn to locate the waste/sewer pipe leading to the street in order for the town's Sewer department to repair the faulty pipe. Once the pipe repair was completed by the town's Sewer Department, Tommy and his team returned to our home and carefully back-filled the hole with the dirt they removed. Each project was top-notch. Tommy and his team of qualified, trained professional landscapers arrived on time, were very efficient, thorough, careful, and friendly. Since everything was exactly planned out and explained during the initial estimate, there were no surprises or hidden fees along the way. Tommy was on the job site along with his team every minute of each project to both supervise and work alongside his crew. He and his team go above and beyond each time and is highly recommended for all of your landscaping needs.

I finally decided to give his business a try by doing basic lawn maintenance once. The guys showed up, cut only a part of the lawn and then were about to leave before finishing the job properly. The guy cutting the lawn said he was concerned about the new grass even though the grass had been growing for almost 6 weeks by then. Then he recommended I fertilize the lawn to deal with weeds which didnt make sense. Weed killer or over seeding would have been a better solution. After I canceled the service he sends me a bill for higher than his original estimate for weekly service.

Jonathan has done basic landscaping for me, built walkways, built retaining walls/playground platforms, painted my house, repaired my gutters, repaired sidewalks, paved driveways, etc. He can handle or knows someone who can handle any job. His work is top notch, aesthetically pleasing, and his pricing is really competitive. Jonathan stands by his work, he transplanted some trees for me in the past and when one died, he replaced it on his own. Jonathan has also grown into a trusted family friend. When my father was sick with cancer and his furnace gave out, Jonathan drove over at night to fix it and get the heat back on. He does the same for me. It snowed one winter and I needed to get out of my garage for work, Jonathan was there to plow me out! I would highly recommend Jonathan without hesitation for any outdoor landscaping or construction needs

He was prompt and on time. From our first meeting, we had a very good sense that Daniel was humble, down to earth, and cared to do right by his customer. He provided a professional recommendation and design and worked with us to meet our needs and budget constraints. It is very rare, in our experience, to find an honest and reliable contractor who follows through and does what he says. Daniel and his crew created an amazing paver area in our backyard, identified areas for which prior contractors and work created challenges and offered solutions which they even were able to resolve. The crew showed up early, worked late and never left a trace of their work during the day. Daniel stayed in contact with their schedule, any challenges or delays, and communicated with us to ensure our needs were met and we were happy. My husband and I are in love with the area created by Daniel Zavala and his team. We look forward to hiring them in the future for other landscape projects and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for any hardscape/landscape work. You will not find a more trusting, reliable contractor who does such quality work that all can take pride in.
